The lighting is low at the moment, as there's still no electricity in the club, but enough sunlight is filtering through the windows to make the scene visible. The massive penguin man quirks an eyebrow and gives a small upnod before offering a casual wave.]
Afternoon, Hinoto-Ri. Seems this city's even more generous than I thought.
[He gestures behind him.]
It's seen fit to return a little business venture I was runnin' back home. Now I've never been one to look a gift horse in the mouth, and seein' as it's here and I'm here, I'm plannin' to reopen for business in a couple of weeks. This here's the Penguin's Nest, in the Taurus District right down the same street as that pirate bar and Nyx's place. I'm lookin' to turn it into a respectable establishment where adults can go to enjoy a few drinks, a little music, and the pleasure of each other's company.
[In other words, it's a sex club.]
'Course, a place like this don't just run itself, so I'm lookin' for some local talent to help me keep the place up. Bartenders, bouncers, dancers, musicians... you got somethin' you can do that you think might fit in here, you just give me a holler and we'll see if we can't work somethin' out.
Don't got much in the way of signage right now, so just look for the warehouse with the door marked 'Private Entrance.' I'll be lookin' to remodel the place a bit to draw in some more business once we get up and runnin'. I'll be here 'til it gets dark if you'd rather hash things out face to beak. Just ask for DeDeDe.

So... anybody else get the feeling that Madame Butterfly's aim mighta been just a tad off when he plucked you up outta your world to fight in his little war? I'm not exactly what most people think of when they hear the word 'hero,' after all. That Luigi fella, Samus - hell, even the Captain - any of them woulda been a much better choice. I've had enough conflict and bloodshed for one lifetime, and I sure as shootin' don't intend to get involved in another pointless turf war with no end in sight.
[Collecting himself for a moment, DeDeDe takes a deep breath, letting it out slowly in a long sigh. Glancing to his left, he affectionately pats the large hammer propped up next to him. Just a moment to reflect on a brighter time - days long since passed.]
But there's one thing I do know how to do, so I figure maybe I was brought here for that instead. I've been around this city once or twice, and all I see's a bunch of uptight prudes worryin' their heads off over every little thing. And y'know what all that worryin' is gonna get you in the end? And in honor of you going off and potentially foolishly getting yourself killed by unknown forces, I hereby declare that all of my healing potions and Patra stones are 25% off! After all, I'd like SOME way to remember all of you. Or at least your bank accounts. Oh ho ho ho ho!

Said user happens to be a woman with blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail, wearing a futuristic looking armored suit. Her helmet is currently off so that her face is visible on camera.
It appears that she is sitting in a stark white hospital room, with several doctors nearby reviewing clipboards and storing samples of... are those vials of glowing blood?
Speaking of glowing, the woman herself happens to be glowing slightly blue all over, and there are dark blue veins running along certain areas on her face.
When she's positive that the feed is working, she begins to speak.]
My name is Samus Aran, from my universe I'm what's known as a space hunter, a hired mercenary and bounty hunter primarily working for the Galactic Federation. One of my missions recently left me infected with a radioactive substance known as Phazon; my body is currently producing Phazon at a steady rate, and the city's government feared that my condition may cause harm to civilians, so I have been in the hospital for the past two days while tests were being run.
As I assured them, and as they confirmed, my condition is not contagious nor is it outright harmful to either myself or any others that I come into contact with. I now assure you that there is no need to fear my condition, and I'm taking great care to make sure that I keep it under control.
[To her chagrin this might mean regular check-ups at the doctor's.]
As a warning, my body and my suit are irradiated, so radiation detectors will go off if I come near them.
I'll be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding my condition, but first I would like to ask if there happens to be anyone from my universe currently residing in the city. If you are at all familiar with the Galactic Federation, whether you are a part of the Federation Police or military, or whether you are simply aware of their presence as the law enforcement of the galaxy you are from, please let me know.

I'm just wondering. Does anyone else have a problem that there's actual demons wandering around? I mean… they're demons. Aren't they all supposed to be evil? Or possess people or something? It seems like no one's really bothered that there are some on the streets and stuff. We didn't really talk about them much at church… but still.
On a semi-related note, I haven't been able to find any churches in this city. I know Japan's not heavily Christian, but there should be at least one around, right?
