I'm your host today, Iruka Sakana. Click tck click! And this is today's special co-host, er. ...Dolph. Dolph, wave to the camera. ...Oh, he smashed all the cameras, right.

Dolph is here today to help us report on a very special issue affecting all of Hinoto-Ri. But first, if you haven't rolled up the blinds yet, we advise you to... not do that. Instead, please stay in bed and go back to sleep. Seriously. Best suggestion you'll ever take. For those of us fortunate enough to already be awake, today's special news bulletin is... dolphins! Dolphins everywhere. Rrrrrrrrrr... Not that that's a bad thing.

Flying dolphins have descended upon Hinoto-Ri en masse, having chosen to brighten our days and lift our spirits with their cheerful grinning faces. Yes, that's right, folks, the streets and skies are practically swarming with the delightful little devils, and our friends in meteorology are reporting that the allergy forecast is showing alarmingly high numbers for pine, birch, and seafood, with no relent in sight.

Dolphins are cropping up in schoolrooms, at workplaces, in homes... outside windows watching you sleep... It's a real mystery why they've decided to grace us with their presence today, but whatever the reason, you won't hear the Dail -- Dolphin-y News complaining. They are awfully cute when they're not biti -- ow stop that! Ahem. Preliminary reports indicate that the charming fellows can be appeased with friendly gestures, appropriate presents, kind words, and as called in by one fifteen year old student fan, being allowed to photobomb selfies.

More news coming as our reporters get to the bottom of this issue. And remember, the Virgo fish market should be slicing up this morning's haul just about now for all your dolphin-feeding needs.

[It's April 1st! Everyone knows what this means! Yes, that's right, it's Hinoto-Ri Flying Dolphin Appreciation Day!

As reported by the news, the dolphins are everywhere today and are liable to drop in whenever and wherever they're most unlikely to be found. You may report to work and find that your boss has been replaced by a dolphin, to school to find dolphins sitting in classrooms, go out shopping and find a dolphin trying on a tank top, and so on and so forth. They're also liable to try and interrupt whenever a character tries to make a voice/video call.

[The face on the screen might be familiar to some, but maybe not so familiar to others- Sam Erstwhile isn't exactly the most outgoing person in the world, after all. He's just sitting back in a chair, clothes as bedraggled as ever, and in the background, one can see the blurry shape of...well, Desco.. Hard to believe he's be living in the same house as her, really.]

Uh...hey. Long time, no see. I-I'm still not really used to going out and making public posts like this for the network, heh...

[He drifts of a little awkwardly, before he scratches the back of his head.] Oh, um, anyways, I was just a little curious. You know fairy tales, right? Like, Little Red Riding Hood, or Cinderella, or The Firebird...if you don't have those in your world, well, they're short stories that are told to kids about things like dragons, princesses, magic, and whatnot. Some of them are even told with morals in the story, so people could learn what to do and what not to do just by listening to the story. For example, one of my favorite ones is Hansel and Gretel...two children go into the woods and find a house made of candy. The witch inside wants to eat them, but instead, the brother and sister find a way to destroy the witch before she does so...

[There's a pause here, and his expression sombers somewhat before he speaks again.]

So, I was just wondering. What kind of stories do you have back home...? Everyone comes from different worlds, so, I thought it would be nice to hear what kinds of fairytales and folklore people grew up with. What are your favorite stories, people of Hinoto Ri?

[He lets out a slight huff, looking somewhat pleased with himself. In the meantime, he'll just find all those books about him and Phantom Girl's Valentine Day exploits and will be trying to destroy them by throwing them all in the river, thank you very much.]

One Year After Tragedy, Fighting Tournament Commences
A year after the most devastating Anoli attack to ever strike Hinoto-Ri, the Aries Arena once again plays host to another series of battles between both citizens and Visitors. As the dueling world remains shaken by the loss of one of its greatest stars, City Hall has scaled down this year's events to be somewhat more controlled. Security is tight, and an air of tension can be felt amongst the attendees, all of whom, no doubt, remember the terror and panic that struck during the last Grand Prix. [ First things first. Necessities such as money and news had to be procured... and this being a city, Flynn could not do it alone. Contact with others was needed...

He would have much preferred to keep to himself, but the mission deemed it otherwise.

The feed begins with a background of a plain wall for a few seconds before Flynn appears from the side. The camera moves slightly to show a view of his apartment. It is just as he found it on the first day - nothing has been moved nor used. ]

"Ah... right. I believe this is working?

"I apologize for intruding on your time. As you can probably tell, I'm quite new to this city. Perhaps someone can answer a few questions of mine, to allow me to get my bearings?"

[ He glances once more to his side and seems to exchange a few (to the feed viewers) inaudible words with someone offscreen before returning his attention. ]

"I would like to know if it is possible to procure jobs anywhere in the city? Is there perhaps a recruiting agency that I can visit, or the like?"

[ There is another pause before he continues. ]

"As well as the thirteenth hour - I believe other creatures emerge during that time. We are allowed to hunt them, yes? Would that be of any use?"

[ He looks away for the last time before concluding. ]

"Thank you for your time, and once again, apologies for bothering."

[ The feed ends here. ]

[Nano's been pretty quiet for the past week or so. She's still been going to school every day and working at the inn, but she mostly keeps to herself, and has been going directly home afterward. Those accustomed to seeing her out and about during the 13th Hour helping to fight demons will find her conspicuously absent. So it's perhaps a relief to anyone who's been wondering or worrying about her that she's finally back on the network, doing her best not to look as sad as she feels.]

U-um... would anyone like to come over for dinner sometime? Or... or maybe I could have another party or a sleepover at the inn? Would anyone be interested in that?

[It's clear something else is up, but she's trying not to focus on that.]

Hey guys! So I have a favor to ask everyone.

Apollo's birthday is at the end of the month and I know there's still time to do this, but I feel like I should at least start planning. I really want to throw Apollo a surprise party, so I would like to invite everyone to it once it does come. I also would like any help if any one is willing to help me set it up. If not it's cool. I can handle it.

My other purpose for this is that I need ideas for a birthday gift. I have an idea of what I would like to get him, but I don't think it's possible to get it here with no job. Any ideas would be really helpful, though.

Oh, now that I'm thinking of it and I have you all here.... I'll eventually look for a more permanent job, but is there any odd jobs I can do to earn some money around here?

I'm looking for volunteers to join me on an expedition to investigate the ruins in the Gemini district. It's likely to be dangerous, so I'd prefer people with some combat experience. But the trapezohedron was found in that ruin, so I think it'll be worth the trip. Let me know if you're interested.

[She's about to go back to adjusting one of her dingbots when she remembers one other thing.]

And on a side note, the people I gave those experimental weapons to still haven't reported back. Did they work well enough? Did you experience any difficulties?

Good evening, everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the warmer weather and looking forward to spring as much as I am! The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming... and just like the flowers, our city is slowly coming back, too! Thanks to the Visitors' help, electricity has been restored to the entire city, and the subway system is almost fully operational again. There are still some buildings that are damaged, but with everyone pitching in, I'm sure we'll be able to get everything fixed up soon. So let's all roll up our sleeves and do our best!
