I'm your host today, Iruka Sakana. Click tck click! And this is today's special co-host, er. ...Dolph. Dolph, wave to the camera. ...Oh, he smashed all the cameras, right.

Dolph is here today to help us report on a very special issue affecting all of Hinoto-Ri. But first, if you haven't rolled up the blinds yet, we advise you to... not do that. Instead, please stay in bed and go back to sleep. Seriously. Best suggestion you'll ever take. For those of us fortunate enough to already be awake, today's special news bulletin is... dolphins! Dolphins everywhere. Rrrrrrrrrr... Not that that's a bad thing.

Flying dolphins have descended upon Hinoto-Ri en masse, having chosen to brighten our days and lift our spirits with their cheerful grinning faces. Yes, that's right, folks, the streets and skies are practically swarming with the delightful little devils, and our friends in meteorology are reporting that the allergy forecast is showing alarmingly high numbers for pine, birch, and seafood, with no relent in sight.

Dolphins are cropping up in schoolrooms, at workplaces, in homes... outside windows watching you sleep... It's a real mystery why they've decided to grace us with their presence today, but whatever the reason, you won't hear the Dail -- Dolphin-y News complaining. They are awfully cute when they're not biti -- ow stop that! Ahem. Preliminary reports indicate that the charming fellows can be appeased with friendly gestures, appropriate presents, kind words, and as called in by one fifteen year old student fan, being allowed to photobomb selfies.

More news coming as our reporters get to the bottom of this issue. And remember, the Virgo fish market should be slicing up this morning's haul just about now for all your dolphin-feeding needs.

[It's April 1st! Everyone knows what this means! Yes, that's right, it's Hinoto-Ri Flying Dolphin Appreciation Day!

As reported by the news, the dolphins are everywhere today and are liable to drop in whenever and wherever they're most unlikely to be found. You may report to work and find that your boss has been replaced by a dolphin, to school to find dolphins sitting in classrooms, go out shopping and find a dolphin trying on a tank top, and so on and so forth. They're also liable to try and interrupt whenever a character tries to make a voice/video call.

One Year After Tragedy, Fighting Tournament Commences
A year after the most devastating Anoli attack to ever strike Hinoto-Ri, the Aries Arena once again plays host to another series of battles between both citizens and Visitors. As the dueling world remains shaken by the loss of one of its greatest stars, City Hall has scaled down this year's events to be somewhat more controlled. Security is tight, and an air of tension can be felt amongst the attendees, all of whom, no doubt, remember the terror and panic that struck during the last Grand Prix. Return of the Revenge of the Rise of the Flying Dolphins, Part IV: They Come From Beyond the Clouds
The menace of the flying dolphins continues unabated as the latest sightings place them as the perpetrators behind a recent series of pranks involving superglue and eye masks that have resulted in several thousand credits worth of damages. The Slumbering Anoli
Despite the tragic events of a year ago, the Anoli have done very little of note of late, or at least, very little of note that has been observed by the public. Theorists are split into two camps, with the prevailing paranoiacs believing that the Anoli are simply biding their time until they can strike again, knowing that the city will eventually let up its guards. Others, more optimistic, believe that the cryptic reference made by former reporter Tomokazu Tokudome late last fall indicate that the Anoli have somehow been neutralized. A New Trend: the 13th Hour Party?
Parents of teenagers are advised that according to local experts, the latest youth trend appears to be the hosting of the '13th Hour Party', an event that entails exactly what one would expect it to.
