All the same, in all this self-destruction, this act of knowing each other, of covering each other’s secret spots, is somehow an escape. Capricious, yes, constricting, almost certainly, but what Yusokue seeks in Kenji he can have in no other rival. Others, it would split asunder; his clan would speak like serration, stripping other people’s selves of the lies they tell themselves, of insouciance, ignorance, showing them what knowing is, all the shame.

Kenji, though, is already split: this slip of a man he’s shaped into, slender and still like a candlewick, always ready to get bent and burned. Bent, but not broken, for beneath he’s malleable metal, his soul soft like silver he’s shaped into something strong, made to take it, what only Yusokue can give. Given the sadistic steel, Kenji anneals, comes together. To him and only him, Yusokue can be the alien and also the sexiest rival.

Terrible as this sort of solace is, Yusokue is too scared to call off the war. It tops all other concerns, the slick slide of the princess, the yell filled with Kenji's spit and sweat and spunk, the rival of his sweet, yielding sickness.

Though seemingly unpredictable, the power to traverse worlds may contribute to the growth in humanity’s possibilities. But will it lead to man's destruction instead, or...?

[Of course, he may sound a bit detached, but considering his own situation...oh well. Most of the humans here seemed to want to go "home", despite their duties here, and despite the need of their presences here.

And then an apparently illogical topic jump/subject change. Honestly, it’s something he’s been wondering for quite a while now, ever since his arrival. Now that people have experienced more of the proof of existence of multiple worlds, surely this would be a good time to bring it up.]

Case 1: Here Comes Justice! [Video]

[The screen flickers on to reveal Apollo, who seems to appear a little more self-confident than usual, if such a thing can be quantified by appearance.]

Hey, everybody! This is Apollo Justice. I'm just letting you know that, as of yesterday, I've officially been hired as an attorney in Hinoto-Ri! So if any of you ever get into any legal trouble, like being falsely accused of murder, I could probably help you out. My first client in Hinoto-Ri is someone who's accused of murdering another person during the chaos of that incident in the arena. Wish me luck! [He's probably going to need it.]

By the way, I'm currently looking for someone to serve as my co-council. The Fifth Move [Text]

The shop did well this month thanks to Valentine's Day. [Speaking of which, that reminds him that forgot to give a gift to Lizzie. She will be getting something late, though that shouldn't completely diminish the thought put behind it.] I have learned a great deal about what the city desires in the way confectioneries. I will happily submit my findings to the owner(s) of the shop and see if we cannot expand our market.

[Ciel is in his element yet there is trouble looming on the horizon.]

I would like to make one thing very clear: the candy shop is not a place for brawls or bad behavior. What ever issues you may have with one another do not concern me. Should you make a mess of things, I will have you pay for the damage.

Okay guys, listen up. I'm sure you've noticed that we've got a SERIOUS PR problem developing. As far as everybody else in town seems to be concerned, we're either celebrities or we're leeches and trouble magnets, and either way the longer we ignore this situation the more we're going to destabilize things. To that end, I think we need to band together and find ways to reach out to the natives, help them realize we're on their sides too. I'd like to propose starting a group to brainstorm ideas, work on PR, and generally work on our outreach. Otherwise, we may end up finding ourselves isolated, and that's not going to work at all.

Right now, though, we need a couple things: a place to meet, and a time. Is there anybody who could offer something like that? Someplace safe... and secure.

Study 01 [Video]

[A few of you saw this girl two weeks ago, when she hit the ground a cold, lost mess. She's looking better now, transmitting from what looks like an apartment.]

So... I've had some time to settle down and try to figure out what the hell is going on. I've got the basics of this place down well enough, but... there's a lot I'm still not getting. I think I'll figure it out as time goes on, though. There's no point in being a researcher if you let other people make your discoveries, after all.

That said, I've kind of been ignoring everything for the past several days, working this out. So, uh... hi? Does anyone have some free time they'd be willing to spend with me, or at least talk to me? I could stand to get out of my room. And I know myself well enough to know that if I try to go do something by myself, it'll turn into a research trip.

Somehow... I seem to have missed Valentine's Day. I remember I was going to run by the store, but things get a little fuzzy...

[Yeah, her memories after getting hit by that arrow? Are so hazy she's pretty certain it was all just a dream. But maybe that's for the best.]

I was planning to give out chocolates, but it seems like I forgot to do that as well. Would anybody mind if I gave it to them today? I apologize for being late. I bought some extras, too, so even if we haven't met before, I don't mind sharing. Just let me know and I would be happy to give you one.

It sounds like almost everybody received coupons for a dinner for two. I was thinking, it might be nice if everyone went in a group. If we use the coupons for a pair of people each, we could use half of the coupons on one trip and then the other half for a second group dinner somewhere else. It would be a great way for everyone to relax and enjoy spending time with each other. Would anybody else be interested in doing this?

[Now considering various events that happened this week? Blues has decided that staying in his apartment is totally the greatest idea ever. But that also means he kind of has to find someone to take the chocolate and free dinner pass since he can't eat the chocolate and honestly?

[Nano is loudly whining to herself while sitting at a desk. [ Natsume doesn't feel entirely comfortable using the video or the audio functions to talk to so many people at once, but at the same time, he has this coupon and these chocolates and this money, and he has absolutely no idea what to do with them or why they were given to him. Why would the government bother with this? This whole place is so strange...

Blades For Sale, Blade For Hire [Text]

In light of recent events, I would like to offer my services to those who need them. While what I have to offer is...rather antiquated compared to the things in this world, it's still useful.

Firstly, if you need weapons or armor, I can craft them for you. However, I cannot enchant them, as I lack the means to do so in this world. Not that such enchantments are necessary for a weapon in the hand of a true warrior, but I've found they can be helpful. This world is full of strange things and people, perhaps there's someone else who can do so.

Secondly, I offer myself as someone to train with. I dare not count myself as some master of combat, but there is much to be learned from each other, especially with such a diverse group of people. This is as much for myself as it is for others.

Lastly, I again offer myself as an ally to those who cannot fight, or would like some assistance in facing the perils of this world. It's a bit reactionary, yes, but there's no harm in being prepared.

As these are services, payment would be appreciated, but isn't strictly necessary. I am willing to work with various situations, but if you come to me looking to get something for nothing, we will have a problem.
