[She's been nervous lately, an ice-cold feeling in the pit of her stomach that had started shortly before her uncle's arrival. It reminds her, vaguely, of when the Blood Fort had gone up around the school and she, Rin, and their Servants had been frantic to bring it down to save the students. Arturia had never before felt such fear, had never felt such urgency as far as she could remember, and it's the same as now. It's as if she can tell something dangerous is coming, something that could lay waste to everyone here and it will be a battle that not even the mightiest among them could hope to come out of alive.

Her only instinct is to fight, but she has nothing to fight. Not yet. There's only so many demons she can fight at night and with her uncle here she has to be more careful to keep him from worrying. Nonetheless, she needs to do something to combat this strange feeling and there's only one thing she can think of:]

I find I have neglected my training since arriving here. Tell me, would anyone like to spar with me in the Capricorn Ward? I would prefer a fellow swordsman, but any others willing would do.

Very much so. It's best to prepare against any possible opponent and their weapons. Shall I see you there?

Yeah. It's been a while since I sparred with anyone.

Have you been in the city for long, if I may ask?

Not long. Only about a month, I guess, not even that. How about you?

The same. I've been busy trying to get myself settled or I would've continued my training sooner.

I get it. Settling's...not so easy sometimes, you know? Especially if you've done this once or twice.

But so long as you can find something to keep yourself busy, it's not so bad.

I have been. I'm going to open a delivery business soon and it should keep me occupied. Returning to training regularly should help me to settle as well.

A delivery business? Hmm...that's useful. I'll keep you in mind should I need anything delivered.

If you don't mind me asking, what sort of routine do you keep? If any, of course.

Either. But, I guess I meant here more.

I had a friend who kept a routine, so I'm just curious.

Right now, I don't keep much of one, but I plan on going back to school once November arrives, do deliveries in the afternoon, then train in the evenings. The same routine as I had at home, I suppose.

Yes, school. Do they not have it where you're from?

No, I don't think so, anyway. What is it?

In general? It's a place of learning open to all members of society. In the country I live in in my world, it's mandatory for children and teenagers to attend so we can become better functioning members of society.

[It's also boring as heck, but like she's going to say that out loud when her Uncle is a teacher.]

Oh....huh. Yeah, there was nothing like that back home or even in the other two worlds I visited.

I mean, I learned stuff, but it was my mom who taught me.

[And some stuff he taught himself, but mostly his mother.]

You've been to other worlds before, Mr. Cole?

Heh. Please, just Locke.

But, yeah, a couple. Neither of them were as bad off as this place, though.

I'll keep it mind.

What were they like then?

Well, one of them was really nice; It was a city under the water. It was pretty peaceful but...well, there were times when things would go crazy, there were some attacks, but it was nice other than that.

[He died a few times, but he still thought back to his first home with happiness.]

The second place...I suppose it was a lot like a normal big city, except it was darker. There was more evil there. More violence.

But then I came here.

So this isn't the only place people can be drawn to?

[This is actually a bit disturbing to her, but it doesn't show on her face. People get pulled into other worlds all the time? What would Rin say if she found out?]

No. I thought it was just that first place that could do it...but, well, I was wrong. Who knows how many other places there are.

Guess it could be seen as disparaging or exciting, depending on how you look at it.
