ITP: Fight or flight

[She's been nervous lately, an ice-cold feeling in the pit of her stomach that had started shortly before her uncle's arrival. It reminds her, vaguely, of when the Blood Fort had gone up around the school and she, Rin, and their Servants had been frantic to bring it down to save the students. Arturia had never before felt such fear, had never felt such urgency as far as she could remember, and it's the same as now. It's as if she can tell something dangerous is coming, something that could lay waste to everyone here and it will be a battle that not even the mightiest among them could hope to come out of alive.

Her only instinct is to fight, but she has nothing to fight. Not yet. There's only so many demons she can fight at night and with her uncle here she has to be more careful to keep him from worrying. Nonetheless, she needs to do something to combat this strange feeling and there's only one thing she can think of:]

I find I have neglected my training since arriving here. Tell me, would anyone like to spar with me in the Capricorn Ward? I would prefer a fellow swordsman, but any others willing would do.

I did not know if you would be available or not, Mr. Loken, but it would be very beneficial to spar with and learn from a warrior of your caliber.

The same. I've been busy trying to get myself settled or I would've continued my training sooner.

[If sparring an angel won't help her to some degree with fighting Servants back home she has no idea what will.]

Um...I'm not sure I'd join... I patrol the park at night, so I was wondering... But I'm pretty good with swordplay. Maybe I can help?

Sure thing! I might be a little late. I'm at work, so I'll have to stop by my place to get one of my weapons.

Um, by the way-- I don't really have things like traditional broadswords. My weapons are more like guns, if you're familiar with those. But all of my bows can split into two blades!

That's why I plan on ending my training session before sundown. If I wished to train solely by fighting the creatures that lurk there I would do that instead. [But, and her pride kills her for this, she is afraid to leave her apartment at night. She does not understand why as it hadn't been a problem before, but when darkness settles on the city she doesn't feel safe at all unless she's by her uncle's side.]

As long as we finish our session before sundown and the creatures who lurk in the Ward come out, I see no problem with the time. As far as weapons are concerned, bring any you are comfortable with. My preference might be to go against another swordsman, but it would be beneficial to practice defending against other kinds of weapons as well.

Okay. I have to work tonight, so I can come in early.

I won't be that late. Hmm, tell you what. I'll bring one of my bows and one of my clubs. The club is sort of like a sword, though it is kinda big. We'll see what works from there!

I get it. Settling's...not so easy sometimes, you know? Especially if you've done this once or twice.

But so long as you can find something to keep yourself busy, it's not so bad.
