[Hello, Hinoto-ri, today you are greeted by a man in a lab coat. A lab coat with pins on it. Clearly this man is the most professional.]
Greetings, good morning, salutations, et cetera. My name is Doctor Owen Harper and I just wanted to say hello.
I'm in no way new, so save your breath and don't try to give me the big spiel, I just know I haven't put my face out there yet and that's not the greatest idea when you're a doctor.
Doctor-patient trust and all that.
I've recently started on with the hospital here, so I'm just here to let you know which face to look for.
//Locked to the Visitors only//
And since all intelligent people take their governments with a grain of salt, I'll be happy to do house calls if government-run facilities aren't your thing.
[Hell, they weren't even really his thing.]
Well, that ends your lovely PSA, enjoy doing whatever it is you lot do around here.
[There's a pause as he's about to turn the recording off, but then has second thoughts.]
Actually one more PSA for the extended quality of your lives! Sora Naegino: if anyone gets the notion to hurt her or starts looking to date her, just understand that I am willing and able to make your death look like an accident.
[Now have a cheery smile!]
Thanks!

I often find myself at the mercy of the government hospital here in Hinoto-Ri... I'm required to visit for a checkup with their doctors every two weeks for my condition, and it's become a serious concern of mine that the information and samples they come away with each time could result in dangerous experimentation...
I'd prefer your services as a house call doctor immensely, if it wouldn't be too much trouble. I'd be willing to pay for each visit.
[She pauses for a moment, looking away in thought... then looking back and giving an almost amused, maybe even sarcastic look.]
And I'd prefer it if you didn't murder others on my watch...

Think of the house calls like a benefit of having friends in higher places. The hospital pays well enough without anything extra on the side.
[Besides, he'd spent well over a year working for next to no money, the fact he's getting any now is good enough for him.]
I'll look into what they've already got here, but what exactly are you suffering from that's got you on such a medical leash?
[The second bit gets a smirk from him.]
As for murdering people...well, I wouldn't dream of it unless they give me cause. A man's got to protect his assistant you know.

Well, at least let me cover an unexpected expenses any house calls end up costing... [It was only courteous.] As for my condition...
In my world, I was infected with a radioactive substance known as Phazon. My body has been producing it at a steady rate and while it's harmless-- actually beneficial-- to my body's functions, complications can arise if it isn't kept under control. I could enter a state known as corruption where the Phazon poisons my mind and causes me to lose any semblance of sanity or control of my actions... a state that is unfortunately irreversible as well as extremely volatile.
On top of which, the government is wary of my condition spreading to or somehow harming others, though I've assured them that it isn't in any way contagious. They've been keeping a medical monitor on me since my arrival. It's only gotten worse since I aggravated my condition back in April...
While I understand the necessity of my checkups, I don't exactly trust them with the samples of Phazon they've been storing away. The substance could be severely abused...

Fair enough.
[By the end of her explanation, his expression has darkened noticeably.]
If there's one thing you can trust the government to do, it's pry into things it ought not touch with a fifty foot pole.
While I assume you're not lying to me about the potential hazard, I hope you won't be offended if I snatch a bit of what they're storing to take a look at it myself.
Beyond that, I'd be more than happy to do your check-ups myself and keep them discrete. [Lightening up a bit, he offers a small smirk and a raised brow.]
I also promise to only take what's necessary and no more. Trust me, the only substance I feel like abusing is alcohol, and only on my nights off.

I find hospitals are often lacking when they suddenly have to deal with an influx of diseases and afflictions they don't have on their world.

But I'm getting off-topic. My name is Fumi Kanno, and I'm a researcher. The government is signing my grant checks for the time being, and my current project happens to dovetail nicely with the subject of health and medicine.
I'm looking into the effects of Persona use, demon summoning, spirit channeling, and related supernatural occurrences on a subject's mental and physical state. Unfortunately, while I have access to the facilities of the organization I worked for at home, our doctor on staff isn't here, and I've found myself lacking the appropriate equipment to proceed.
[She'll wait to see how that's received before she goes waving requisition forms around.]

Sounds like an interesting experiment. One I wouldn't mind knowing the results of. I've got an idea, but what would you need from me?

I don't think that last part was necessary.
Oh I think it was perfectly necessary. How can you expect people to follow rules if they don't know them?
And saying if anyone dates me that you'd 'make it look like an accident' is necessary?
Boys can be arses, Sora, you should be careful.
[Yeah, cause you're totally not in that category, right, Owen?]

Anyone who can't follow those simple rules isn't my patient, they don't count.

[While Naminé understands that many incoming Guests have specializations, it's rare for any of them to have specialization in medical care for some reason, so her interest has been piqued.]
Can I ask you a question?

[He offers a genial enough smile. He was curious as to what she did around the hospital, but he figured he would catch her later and find out that way.]
Of course, what's up?
