Greetings, good morning, salutations, et cetera. My name is Doctor Owen Harper and I just wanted to say hello.

I'm in no way new, so save your breath and don't try to give me the big spiel, I just know I haven't put my face out there yet and that's not the greatest idea when you're a doctor.

Doctor-patient trust and all that.

I've recently started on with the hospital here, so I'm just here to let you know which face to look for.

[If this had been a year and a half ago, he would have called her crazy. Demons, souls, it was all scientifically explained back home. If there was one thing Discedo had taught him, it was that sometimes things you knew should have an explanation, don't and there's no point arguing with it.]

Sounds like an interesting experiment. One I wouldn't mind knowing the results of. I've got an idea, but what would you need from me?

I'm carrying over a bit of my work from my own world, which involves building a full-body scanning device to give as full and complete a picture as possible of the patient's health. I have most of what I need here, but I'm reasonably certain I'm going to need to cannibalize some existing medical imaging equipment to complete the machine.
