Hi everyone. For those of you who don't know me, I'm Naminé, Kairi's sister. I'm posting this message for a few reasons. The first is to apologize on her behalf to the people she kidnapped and temporarily imprisoned last Friday. She was under the effects of the city event, and didn't mean any harm. [A wry smile.] If anything it was a sign that she cares very deeply for you.

[The smile fades a little.] The second thing I need to tell you is that some things happened at the end of the day that caused her to fall unconscious. Normally this wouldn't be anything to worry about, and it wasn't, at first. But she lapsed into a coma over the weekend, and I'm not sure when she'll be waking up.

I have watched over this city for many nights now. Not nearly as many such as you who I know have been here far longer.

I have given what I could to support it during its darkest hour each night, in light of your presence and others here.

It is not good enough.

People have fallen where I am not, and I risk others' lives where I am.

I am not good enough.

It is getting worse each night. The swarms increase, and they will only continue to. I fear for what will happen to this city in time should new kinds show their faces. They are even stronger than the ones that threaten us now.

I might have doomed us all by my mere existence here. It is only because of me that this trouble exists in the first place. I am the reason we will fall.

I will watch until the end. Maybe it would be better if I only watched, knowing I can accomplish nothing against the inevitable. I have seen what some of you are capable of, greater feats with your Persona than I.

Maybe you will be able to do something against what comes soon.

Fourth Echo

So.

[The video shows Meetra, who is sitting down in what looks like a training gym, complete with old-fashioned-looking straw dummies and wooden swords hanging on the wall.]

A little while ago, I offered an acquaintance of mine my services as a teacher at this place in Aquarius. He called it a Knight Academy, and that had a familiar sort of ring to it - besides, I like teaching almost as much as I like doing fancy sword tricks.

Only problem is, around when I moved in, he and everyone else managing this place disappeared, presumably to go home. I think they were all from the same world, so I guess they left as a group. I can't really say for sure, as I can't ask any of them.

At any rate, I no longer have an apartment, so I plan on still living here, but to pay the utility bills for all this space I'm going to need students to teach. If anyone wants to learn how to use a sword or fight hand-to-hand, how to have a philosophical debate with yourself and win, or even meditation techniques that should help refine your control of your Persona, you can come down to the Knight Academy. I can even teach you about the Force, if anyone's interested, though I make no promises about anyone becoming a Jedi.

On a related note, since I don't know everything, there are at least eight bedrooms in this place I don't need, and I have extremely flexible standards when it comes to sharing living space, if any other instructor-types want to help out with the teaching and the rent. You can reply to this post or use my network mailbox if you're interested.

Look sharp, guys. Those of you who were around back in October know what this means. For everyone else... The news broadcast probably could have stood to be a little more informative.

Let's do a quick recap. Back in October, about a week before the 23rd, we started noticing that a few of us were acting a little strange. This escalated over the next few days until some of us were brainwashed into trying to attack people and some of us were brainwashed into being terrified of everything that moved. And, uh... sometime during all this, all of these giant scorpions started falling from the sky or something; I don't know. It was probably a totally related natural progression. Anyway, on the 23rd itself, a really huge scorpion monster appeared, and a few of us had to beat it off. We compared notes afterwards and realized that the behavioral changes all had to do with what star sign you had. If you have no idea what that is, just hold on a sec. The important thing is that the ones who were attacking had the sign of Scorpio and the ones who were frightened were Leos, Taurii, and Aquarius...es...ii.

I know a lot of you aren't from Earth, or if you are from Earth, you're not from the right time period to even have Scorpius or Taurus as constellations anymore. I can do a quick explanation of astrology if you want, but it's really a lot of trouble for something that's pretty much meaningless for you - It has to do with what day of the year you were born in, and which imaginary pictures formed by stars in the sky were closest to the sun then. There are 12 of them, and each one is supposed to mean different things about your personality and the people you'll fall in love with or something. ...Try not to think about it too much. You can just take a look at the little ID cards you get when you come to the city and your completely arbitrary sign should be listed there.

Anyway, we're already off schedule. The 21st - that's today - is the first day we're supposed to be under the sign of Taurus. If a monster appears, it's probably not going to happen for a few days so it looks like the government is trying to quarantine everyone before it does.

The one thing is... I don't want to undermine our great government or anything, but I don't think their predictions are right. Scorpios were the main targets last time because the sun was swinging into that area of the night sky; Leos, Aquariuses, and Taurii were affected because of something to do with the relationship between the signs. I never could find any consistent information or an exact chart or anything, but I don't think it's just going to be the same people as six months ago. We'll be able to gather more data after this round, but I think everyone should be on guard for emotional changes, regardless of what your sign is.

...Also be on guard for giant bulls, because that's really not going to be fun at all.

Public Health Notice:
Updated April 20, 10AC – This is a potential outbreak in regards to Taurus.

All civilians who display symptoms are urged to go to the nearest holding facility where government officers will lead you to one of the twelve underground holding chambers. After the onset of the Scorpio Attack, these have been built to contain those affected, and thus minimize overall damage to the city.

The time estimated for this self-imposed holding is seven days at maximum. During this time, all guests and civilians will be held for their own safety, constantly monitored for health issues and adequately provided with food, shelter and water, free of charge.

The Office of Wands, in accordance with the Office of Swords and the M.A.G.I. partners, will continue to monitor for and investigate any new developments in this case.

It remains imperative that all Hinoto-Ri citizens stay alert for new developments. Schools and Government offices are currently on lock-down until the situation returns to normal.

Status:
A spike in energy has been noticed this morning at 12:01 AM (Post 13th Hour), which shares similarities with observations during the Scorpio attack. Currently, there is no further known activity.

Research associates have begun observing a behavioral and energy change developing in those born during the range of April 19 to May 20.

What you should do:
If you are born under the sign of Taurus or think you may be experiencing symptoms described below, please go to one of the nearest centers for the safety of all citizens. In addition, if you observe any of the following symptoms in your friends ore relatives, please escort them to the nearest center.

Those born under the signs of Scorpio, Aquarius and Leo, should watch and monitor for signs of Hallucination and Delusions as well as Mass Hysteria. If you display any of these symptoms, please turn yourself over to the proper authorities.

Hello. My name is DLN-001 Quake Woman, but my creator calls me Tempo. If that seems strange to any of you, it is due to the fact that I am actually a robot created by a scientist named Noelle LaLinde.

My purpose is geological surveillance, but I can't imagine it would be of much use here. I suppose I should seek employment, but I'm not sure how quite to begin. I would be thankful for help in any way.

That said, I will do my best not to be a bother to anyone. There are many things I do not understand, but I was created with a capacity to learn, so I imagine that will come in time.

[So, it's the first time that Neku has actually bothered saying anything to the network. He hadn't really talked all that much on the network back on Alpha Omega, so the habit has... kind of stuck. Personal interaction has been more his thing, and even then he's still wary of the people he doesn't know.

Of course, the first time he actually talks on his own rather than in reply to someone else, it's about his cat. Go figure.

Said cat is perched on his shoulder - or half on his shoulder and half on his bed, more like, since he's sitting on the floor with his back against the mattress. And the fuzzy, black-and-white cat is... currently chewing on his hair.]

[Neku swats at the cat, who backs off but never truly leaves his perch. The cat gets a hard glare, and then those eyes turn back to what he was doing, accompanying a frustrated sigh.]

So, I have a cat that's used to roaming around a sort of bigger area, and these apartments are driving him nuts, I guess. Kind of nervous to let him run around in the building. But he's driving me nuts.

[The cat meows, loud and of the whining sort, which earns a rather flat look from Neku.]

I'm sorry...but if anyone was wondering where I've...been...I'm okay. Just a little...

[She stops and the device falls from her hand, landing on the ground. Not even a second after that, she too collapses and blacks out. The feed is still going but Yukiko isn't moving an inch. Someone might wanna stop by Virgo before the monsters see her.]

Hi! Sorry to be a bother, but I think I need to ask for a little help when it comes to summoning my Persona for the first time. I'd probably just do it like anyone else, really! It's just that doing it the normal way would be a little more dangerous than it usually would be.

Anyway, if anyone with an Evoker and some time on their hands could meet with me, I'd appreciate it! If any strong fighters could afford to hang around, just in case, I'd appreciate your help, too. I don't know if it'll be necessary... It depends on how Evokers work, I guess. If worst comes to worst, though, I'm going to need someone to help me calm down.

I don't know how I can properly repay someone for doing something that could be dangerous for a stranger, but I've saved some money if you'd like to be paid that way. I can also owe you some favors if you don't mind.

[So there's a certain spiky brown-haired kid sitting at a table in Junes' food court. It certainly looks like Sora. He's got a small smile when the video feature kicks on. Though there's something a bit off about him as the visible skin looks pale.]

So...hi. My name's Sora and I just got here a few days ago. I've been kinda adjusting. Thought this place might've been something else actually. [A nervous laugh and he scratches the back of his head.]

The school year just started, right? Can't believe it's already spring again...

[Well uh, "again" was kind of a relative term since he certainly hadn't been here for a year but still.]

But it's not REALLY mandatory to attend here like it is at home, is it? At least, maybe not for us, they said it wasn't necessary a little... Besides, we've gone this long without it, right? I don't know, with everything that's gone on, I just feel like it's kind of pointless. I'd much rather spend my time helping out around here. Though I guess I haven't done much of that lately...

Maybe we could just skip straight to University? Except I wouldn't know what to study anyway...

Hey! I'm... new here, I guess? I have no idea where I am. I tried asking someone what planet I was on and they just gave me a weird look. It's not Huckleberry because it doesn't smell like goat, and it's not Roanoake because it doesn't smell like farts. So... where am I?
