Yeah, that's because you're watching a movie. It's totally different in real life! You don't look at a real murder and think "wow that's a fake murder" do you?

What if, and let's just think about this possibility for a minute, what if an accident killed a human and they went un-found for a good few hours, days, minutes, whatever you want.

That would look like a murder to most people, but a detective might be able to look at it and say "wow that's a fake murder" because it was the result of an accident.

So it's not totally different, is it?
