[Running is heard behind him and a voice is heard. It sounds like Ciel's voice]

[There is the shot of something being fired while McGonagall lets loose a spell of her own.]

[A series of ropes fly in the air and bind Orpheus so that he can't move. He continues to struggle, all the while screaming.]

[Clang! Q opted to use a small tranquilizer gun on Orpheus from the back, knocking him right out.]

[He turns towards the camera, adjusting his tie as if there was no problem in the world. Even in dire situations, he is a calm man.]

It appears that a bout of paranoia has hit citizens of the city. At first we had assumed it was just the local population, but now with Orpheus....also affected, it means some of you may be in turn. We are trying to find the source of these matters, but our search has been fruitless.

Even the demonic population isn't quite sure what is going on.

Be vigilant. If you feel you are affected, please do your best to stay calm.

[As he speaks in the back, you can hear Ciel and Minerva talking about locking Orpheus up for his own good...and their ears.]

From the city's limited nine year history, not that we are aware of, I'm afraid.

From what I understand, there are no reports of an increase in hospital activity. We assume this is due to the paranoia causing them to stay at home and refusing to leave. Moreover, the symptoms really started to become troublesome since this morning.

Orpheus had been muttering to himself yesterday, but we assumed it was simply him being...ahh...himself.

That makes sense, but it means it'll be harder to figure out... [sigh. Not that hospitals were any help in figuring out Apathy Syndrome, either.]

I will answer this since Kirijo is currently preoccupied.

He is detained, and I am studying his mental state. He appears to be quite erratic, and muttering his daughter's name.
