[Oh look the network went down again. For the next few hours, the network appears to be completely offline. Telephones, television, or anything that requires the network (like that online game you may have been playing). Citizens are walking in the streets trying to figure out what happened, while others go to city halls for clearer answers, which no one seems to have. It's not a general panic...more just a city that relies on communication to be suddenly without any. In a place that they already feel alone, the panic can be justified.

A few people have risen to the challenge. Those with intel persona are able to contact a few and information tickles through. There's not much to say, but the rumors seem to mention that SOMETHING happened at the MAGI building. The problem is that citizens do not all agree where that is.]

[For the visitors, however, a letter and a number appeared in your archived mailbox e-mail account a few minutes before the blackout happened.
