well no that would probably be Margaret, who has an understanding of the growth that goes with it as well, but just because he's youngest doesn't mean he knows any less!]

If your Persona requires more control, then it could be you must merely earn its respect. While they are indeed a part of oneself, they are also a being of unimaginable power and must be treated as such. This is why guests do not obtain higher level Persona while their souls are still tempering. While it is unclear what your Persona may elude to right now, within time it will show itself more clearly.

My own, Metatron, is not one I would have... willingly chosen if I had had the chance to, and while I know of his legend and what he stands for I don't think I quite understand yet why he was chosen as my partner for my journey... [And like hell he's getting another if he can't even handle one.]
