I would greatly appreciate if someone could tell me what this place is about, as well, but I understand if that's too much trouble. [Pause.] Is this part of the demon world?

Worked with the government to arrange the lockdown, and killed anyone who tried to escape.

It was at the same time as the demons were competing to become King of Bel - a demon overlord basically - and I think part of the point was that if a human could become King of Bel he could lead humanity into peace with no fear from demons, or something? Or maybe that was just what a couple of the angels wanted...?

We didn't go that route.

King of Bel? [That's something unfamiliar to him.] So... the angels wanted to risk a chance at a human becoming King of Bel, and brought the competition to the humans...?

[At least, that's what he's getting. It doesn't sound like the angels to chance at something like that, though, they'd rather keep the fight away completely unless they had a 100% ascertained outcome. Which, by her words, doesn't sound like it.] I can't write that an encomium... and, what do you mean you didn't go that route?

In my timeline anyway, Kazuya - our fearless leader - and Atsuro, who's here, decided we should harness the power of demons and keep them under human control. We didn't side with the angels, but we ended the fighting and demons didn't win, so technically I think we passed the test? It could've gone way worse.

You managed to keep them under control, though. As good as that sounds, is there a chance they might break free? [Demons are good at that.]

I don't think so! You can ask Atsuro about that though, he's better at all the technical stuff. I'm just good at fighting with my demons.
