[A certain minty-haired Visitor is on the screen today, his arm around the shoulders of a brown haired kid who may be familiar to some. Judging by the voices in the background, there’s about four people in all, even if they aren’t all visible on the camera yet.]

Hey! Lately, people have been coming by the Detective Agency thinking it’s functional again. At first we turned down requests since we’re obviously not detectives, but...

[Ayumu is pretty much resigned at this point, though his expression clearly seems to have some doubts about the wisdom of this idea. They were a bunch of kids and a tanuki, after all. Who’d go looking to them for help?]

An interesting proposition. After all, in a city like this, there is no doubt much worthy of investigation on both mundane and paranormal levels. But what qualifications and experience, exactly, do you have? I have no doubt of your enthusiasm, you've demonstrated that much: but enthusiasm alone will not solve a case.

I've done some consulting work with the police, since my brother and sister-in-law are detectives. [Unofficially, anyway.]

"It's legitimate." He has a feeling that confirmation is probably warranted, after Desco's.... unique response.

"But we'll be working on the cases in between school and our other jobs, in the case of Hizumi, Hiyono and I."

What sort of business do you expect to get? I am new here, you see, and I was wondering what need people may have for detectives.

Mostly minor investigative cases, if any. [Nothing that was too serious, for sure. The city had legitimate police for that.]

Basically, after speaking to a few of the locals looking for help, we realized there was still some demand for this sort of thing.
