It was to build their own future and allow all the Visitors to go home, after all.

A red eye looks directly at the camera before the Shadow moved back to introduce the prayer drum. "I know you would ask, dear. Allow me to present the Amala Drum." She holds her hand close, which makes the writing on the drum glow and begin to spin.

"With this, I can trigger the Conception. I shall rebuild Hinoto-Ri from the ground up, and our presence will no longer be required here. Isn't that what we all want?"

You know, in my experience, when people make vague statements about how other people can stop worrying it usually doesn't mean good things.

It usually means something like "I know how to stop the fabric of space-time unraveling - I'll summon the god of chaos and he can tear out people's hearts in the shape of an armadillo monster."
