☔ 1st Rainy day | Video
[When the video switches on it's a bit crooked, but it's soon apparent that a child's face is staring into the watch.]
Is it on?
[Someone else off-camera must have given an affirmative answer, because now she smiles.]
Hello!
[Then she pauses. She wants to introduce herself, but that someone has just reminded her not to. When she continues speaking, the smile has faded and her voice sounds... well, like a young child who is a bit scared, but mostly confused, and also trying very hard to sound confident instead of either.]
Can anyone I know hear me?
They said I should ask because lots of people can see this, like on television! [Who 'they' is is also left unclear. But the idea of a video phone is apparently exciting, smartphones aren't exactly the norm in Inaba...] Um... So if you know me, then answer back with a video.
[Because text answers are apparently also bad. This list of rules is even longer than her Dad's.]
And don't worry, I'm okay. [This, she adds because she knows her family well enough to predict their reaction to this weird kind of message. Her Dad is probably going to yell either way, though.] ...Thank you for listening.
...Um, how do I turn it off?

[Video]
[...no seriously, what.]
[Philemon, you asshole, why the hell did you bring Nanako here? Igor, why did you let him? No, better yet, just Philemon, you asshole.]
[Yu tries, but he just cannot keep the surprise off his face.]
Nanako? When did you get here? Who's with you?
[Video] 1/2
that voice]
[Video]
[you have no idea how happy she is right now. ...Though her tone might give a clue]
I just got here... And, there's a man named Q with me. He said he'd stay until I found someone.
[Video]
[...still, it would probably be best if he went and got her before she tried to find a good weapon for her or something. He wasn't even going to consider the fact that his little cousin had a Persona now just yet.]
Oh good. Where are you now?
[Video]
I'm not supposed to say on here.
[because that's what Q told her even if it probably doesn't apply anymore.
Nanako doesn't know about locking replies.]
[Video => Private]
[Don't feel bad, Nanako, the only reason he found all this out is because he needed to troll people a few days ago. He set his own connection to private, before talking her through it as best he could.]
...and once you do that, there should be a red dot in the corner. That's what lets you know that no one else can see your conversation.
[Video => Private]
So, now it's like a phone?
[he'll probably have to show her again in person, but she should get it quickly enough.]
[Video => Private]
[He can't help but smile; Nanako, you are so precious.]
[Video => Private]
I'm in 'Libra apartment 9-10'... Where are you, Big Bro?
[Video => Private] | [Action]
I'm just a few floors down from you. I'll be up in a moment.
[Don't mind him, he'll just be taking you up on his trip up the stairs. There is one thing that's bothering him, though...]
Nanako, what's the last thing you remember before coming here?
[Video => Private] | [Action]
You just got on the train to go back to the city. [She won't say 'go home' because as far as she's concerned... well.]
[Video => Private] | [Action]
I see... thanks for telling me.
[He quickened his pace; he wanted to get up there immediately.]
[Video => Private] | [Action]
[she didn't think she'd said anything strange, but he's got a funny look on his face.]
[Video => Private] | [Action]
It's okay; just something that's been bothering me since I appeared here. I'll tell you when I get to you.
[Okay, floor nine... Room ten, room ten... There! Knock, knock; it's your big brother.]

I missed you, Nanako.

[Even though it's been like an hour tops by her memory. Meeting Philemon is stressful okay?]
no subject
[...wait, no, scratch that. Protective big brother instinct is never letting you anywhere near anything that would require fighting and...]
[...although it would probably be a good idea that she'd be prepared...]
[ARGH INNER CONFLICT.]
May I come in?
[Of course, it never shows on his face.]

She lets him go so they can step into the apartment.]

Are you okay, Nanako? You weren't hurt coming here, were you?

[concern and a serious inspection follow. He doesn't look any different...]

[
Except for his pride.]I asked you that question before because this world doesn't just pull us out of our own worlds. It pulls us from different times as well.
[He wondered if Nanako was even going to understand all this...]

[???]
Time travel?

[His expression turned a little sad.]
For me, I hadn't left Inaba yet, though it was close to when I would need to.
