here's a question for the network:

why would an ally kiss you on the cheek?

i know it's a greeting gesture in some cultures, but there are also other connotations and it's just plain confusing. no explanation was given, either. it's just really confusing and i don't get it.

Awkward because you just think of them as a friend and you don't want them to get the wrong idea

or awkward because you DON'T just think of them as a friend and you're afraid they don't agree
