here's a question for the network:

why would an ally kiss you on the cheek?

i know it's a greeting gesture in some cultures, but there are also other connotations and it's just plain confusing. no explanation was given, either. it's just really confusing and i don't get it.

thx for any insights anyone might have.

Whether it's another kind of 'like' depends more on the context, though.
