"HMHMHMHMHMM-MWAHAHAHAHAA!"

The feed starts with, well...Desco being Desco-ish. As she turns the camera around, setting things up, there's a brief glimpse of the streets of Hinoto-Ri far below - she must be flying at a pretty high altitude.

Once she's finished setting things up, it becomes apparent that she's riding on something bizarre-looking, sitting cross-legged and leaning against the ten-foot statue of a Japanese girl in a penguin hat.

"Behold, Hinoto-Ri! Desco, the Final Boss, has returned from the depths of Hades! Having overcome heartache and my own weaknesses, I have transformed into...PERFECT DESCO!"

At this she jumps to her feet and strikes a cool pose.

"Mwahahaha! Since the time Desco has left, so much has happened! Desco will now share with you the culmination of her dreams! It's very important that from now on you defer to Desco in all things, because she has CONQUERED THE EARTH. And since she rules the entire Earth, then naturally Hinoto-Ri is one of her possessions!"

A slight pause to let that sink in.

"Desco will naturally allow the current corrupternment to continue administrating Hinoto-Ri for her, since she only wants the fun parts of power and not the boring meaningless paperwork. In the meantime, Desco is forming the Netherworld Invasion Squadron Alpha, or N.I.S.A! Any Visitors that want to help Desco invade and conquer the demon world can simply contact her inbox and either swear fealty to Desco - she already has it, since you are living in her city, but it's nice to observe the formalities - or name their price for mercenary work!"

Grin grin grin.

"This is Desco, Ruler of Earth, signing out!"

Desco simply swoops down off the ship and floats to a stop before Nano, grinning.

...in the past, didn't she need her tentacles out to fly? Huh.

"All you have to do is climb up! Want some help?"

If you don't mind...

[She could try herself, but Nano's uncoordinated on her best days and she doesn't want to inadvertantly trigger her rocket boosters or anything else ridiculous.]

Desco grins before slipping around behind Nano and drawing her into an impromptu hug, crimson claws locking together around Nano's chest. Desco's ridiculous strength easily allows her to lift Nano into the air and set her down on top of the Miss Fuka. Desco lets go of Nano and sits down beside her, stubby tail wagging.

"Where do you wanna go?"

Ah!

[Nano squeaks as Desco lifts her up, but quickly regains her footing once she's down on solid ground again.]

Oh! Um... do you want to go get ice cream, maybe?

[tyrantball]

"Yes!"

Nano has the best ideas. Desco points dramatically in a completely random direction.

"Miss Fuka! TAKE OFF!"

[all_wound_up]

[Nano drops to the floor, clinging for dear life.]

Desco, meanwhile, is just sort of lounging around, laughing happily.

Fun!

Isn't this dangerous?

Desco blinks.

"...no? Desco does this all the time back home!"

[all_wound_up]

It's very windy up here...

[tyrantball]

"Desco didn't notice!"

With that, the Miss Fuka slows down to a leisurely 5 mph and Desco points at something below.

"Is that an ice cream shop, Sis?"

[all_wound_up]

Oh, yes! I think it is!

[tyrantball]

Desco grins as the ship comes to a stop over the store and quickly deploys Usatako, which twists and distorts until it resembles a chair.

"Let's go let's go let's go!"

[all_wound_up]

[Oh god, Desco got even creepier somehow.]

All right, I'm coming!

[Nano starts to carefully climb down the side.]

"Aaa!"

Desco flies Usatako-chair over to where Nano is.

"No, no! We're still in the air, Sis! You'll fall!"

...apparently the throne of tentacles is for Nano.

O-oh, so the chair is for... me?

[tyrantball]

Nod nod.

"Desco will escort you safely to the ground!"

[all_wound_up]

[Nano eyes the... throne for a moment before slowly sitting down, hoping that it's not all cold and slimy.]

[tyrantball]

The texture of the chair is actually more like crocodile hide, actually. It's warm, and pulses slightly, like a heartbeat.

Desco, beaming, makes a grandly theatrical (and totally unnecessary) gesture as she floats into the air, Usatako following her. It doesn't take long for Desco's two bodies - plus passenger - to reach the ground. Still smiling, Desco offers Nano her outstretched claw to help her down.

[Nano just closes her eyes and tries not to think about any of that, and she's all too happy to hop down once they're at ground level.]

Th-thanks...

It's a good thing her eyes are closed - she won't have to see Desco re-absorbing Usatako that way.

"Let's go!"

[all_wound_up]

[Yeah, that always creeps her out.]

Okay! Come on.

[Nano reaches out for Desco's hand.]

[tyrantball]

Desco pauses and looks at her claws for a second before frowning in concentration, the tip of her tongue poking out from the side of her mouth as she narrows her red eyes and gives her hands a quick shake.

Her expressions goes back to beaming as she slips her small red fingers into Nano's hand, squeezing slightly.

[all_wound_up]

[Good demon, no claws.

Nano smiles and squeezes Desco's hand in return before walking with her to the ice cream shop.]

Desco begins to babble all about her AMAZING ADVENTURES to Nano as they enter the store.

"-and then, once Big Sis named the gang Phantom Thief Tri-Angels, Archangel Flonne approved of us and now Desco is an honorary angel!"
