2nd Strategy - [Video] Dated to after everyone returns from their dueling adventure.

Hello, Hinoto-ri! [Morgan waves cheerfully at the camera. It seems he's gotten a lot more adept at using the COMP since the last time he posted to the network.] How is everyone doing today? As for me, there's something I've been wondering about for a little while.

Back home, we were always busy fighting and traveling, but here I have a lot more free time. [...he thinks about that for a moment, then hastily adds] Not that I'm not making use of it! I still have a lot of studying to do, or else I'll never hope to surpass Mother! But I also think it would be a shame to visit another world and not see any of the sights.

So, what I want to know from everyone is: what do you do for fun? Here in the city especially, but if there's something you really liked to do back home but can't here, you can tell me about that too! I really want to know what I should try out while I'm here, though. Hinoto-ri is so different from home, I'm not sure where to start!

In regards to doing things for fun:

Back home, I used to make inflammatory statements in online forums for the purpose of inciting long-lasting arguments.

Admittedly it was not the nicest thing to do, but it was a means of venting personal stresses and so on.

[...Aggie, that's not "fun"...]

If you have trouble typing, I do not mind if you continue to speak. I just prefer to type.

Cathartic - yes, that is the term I was looking for. I suppose you meant more along the lines of going to museums and libraries and so on? There are those here as well. There is a very good observatory here, and there are often events such as the Science Fair that occurred recently. Perhaps that is more along the lines of what you are looking for?

[Okay so maybe she DOES know what fun is! ... Kind of.]

As to what an online forum is, you are using one right now.

Am I to understand that you are from a world where technology such as what we use at present does not exist?

[Mind-blowing, man.]

...You know, that's actually a good question. What do I do for fun...?

I don't think I actually have a life outside of chasing down bad guys, as depressing as that sounds. Feel free to pass any tips you get my way.

I guess I like to go shopping. But... I don't ever actually buy anything for, you know. Reasons.

[Phantom Girl glances down at herself and the costume she has no less than ten different sets of.]

...We're kind of sad and pathetic, huh?

My costume is temperature-adaptable for any climate from the frigid Gil'Dishpan gas lakes to the heat of Mars.

[A slight pause.]

...I could use a little down time, though.

...Sure, why not?

It's really hard being a superhero without a way to keep track of crime here, but as far as I can tell, it's really surprisingly low. Everyone's too busy with the demons, I guess.

Sure, I think so. I can bump 'aimlessly patrolling' down the list, which frees up room for a shopping spree. I think I'll slot it in below 'mindlessly patrolling'.

[Phantom Girl, as always, is the soul of wit. She arches an eyebrow at Morgan's question.]

A superhero's a superhero. What do you mean? It's our job to catch criminals and help people out with their problems.

I'm kinda curious too. I'm brand new, so... you know, it's a big city. I gotta get more accustomed to it.

Well, a little. I'd like to take a day just checking things out, though, you know?

"I will admit, the free time is nice, but wars are not constant. At least at home they were not, there were months free in the countryside, enjoying the peace between conflicts back home. Still while I'm here I've been learning the local recipes. In peace cooking can be a wonderful way to focus one's skills with a blade and concentration, and in war it is a wonderful way to motivate."

"While I don't like to brag, I've mastered the recipes of the colonies of my world. Those tend to be a blending of all the various on planet regions as our people came from all over. I've also studied Japanese, German and French styles heavily."

He grins, almost like a madman.

"One must look at cooking like a battle, to the most versatile chefs go the highest honors."
