"This is a new low even for you, Des-X! Are you too scared of the Final Boss to face her one-on-one‽ Gather up as many minions as you like, you stupid cow! I'LL STILL KILL YOU FOR THIS!"

...hm. Wonder what happened.

[Once again, he has no idea what she's talking about, but it makes him curious. Not in the "what happened to dear Desco" way but more of the "if something happened it will probably affect me too" way.]

"Desco's neural implants aren't functioning properly! This is obviously an assault by that dumb bitch Des-X! But Desco is ready for her this time, and THE STREETS WILL RUN RED WITH HER BLOOD."

"Desco's neural implants collate the visual data from her eyes. Right now, Desco is completely blind, because if she even opens her eyes she throws up. And only Des-X knows how to access Desco's wetware!"

[Losing your eyes? That must not very nice. Sam inwardly is glad that this doesn't mean anything is going to happen to him- sure, he has tons of eyes, hundreds of them, but all of them all natural parts of himself, not implants.]

And when did this happen? Because it's odd, I've been hearing stuff about viruses on the network...

"So that's how she did it! This time Desco won't be satisfied just with beating her up - Des-X will be subjected to an eternal living hell!"

Hold on, hold on...is this Des-X here? Or are you just assuming that?

"Well, it's not like anyone here knows how to hack Desco's internal network! Only Daddy and Des-X have the knowledge necessary!"

You...kind of need to identify the person you want to kill before you go and start a rampage, Desco.

[Is he going to tell her off for wanting to kill people? NOPE.]

...But you literally can't see anything? Wouldn't that make it hard to find the person you want to get revenge on?

Desco pauses to think that over before replying.

"...Desco isn't sure how to find them. And Desco can see, she just can't use all seventeen of her eyes, which is the same thing as being blind!"

Desco, it's me.

[Just gonna... gently pick her up, vomit and all, and hold her.]

Desco makes a sort of pained whimper and clings to Otoha, all of her eyes shut tightly.

He strokes her hair, trying to calm her down. He rocks her slowly, not sure what to do.

"It'll be okay. When we go out, you can sit on my shoulders and I can direct your attacks."

[tyrantball]

Desco cracks open one red eye to regard Otoha and immediately regrets it.

"Bathroom!"

Oh dear, this might be bad.

... Yeah. There's a brief moment where there's the smell of alcohol, and then everything seems to stand still. Desco will be able to see and feel them moving at speeds that shouldn't be possible. Otoha kicks the door to the bathroom open as time reasserts itself, and he dashes over to the bathtub, setting her down in front of it.

He can always wash the tub later.

Desco's tail lengthens behind her. The tip bulges, splits open, and discharges some sort of viscous blue liquid, while Desco emits a wordless moan, resting the closed lid of her third eye on the side of the tub.

That done, she reaches up with both claws and hauls herself into the bathtub, leaving the very end of her tail to drape over the side. Gesturing feebly, she indicates the faucet and the cold water handle.

"Water, please?"

Not exactly what he intended, but he can clean that up later. He nods and kneels to turn it on, and then reaches over to stroke her hair.

"You'll be okay, Desco. I'll clean up and we'll figure out what's wrong, okay? Do you need anything else right now?"

[tyrantball]

Desco shakes her head no, her eyes tightly closed.

He nods, and grabs a towel to start cleaning up whatever it is that Desco threw up.

[tyrantball]

Desco moves so her head is directly underneath the faucet and simply lies there, face down, her tail slung over the edge of the tub.

[bakegarasu]

Um.

"... You can breathe like that, right?"

[tyrantball]

Desco doesn't move out from under the water, but she does roll her head slightly to the side to respond, her words slightly garbled by the stream of water running past her mouth.

"...Desco doesn't actually breathe, Uncle Otoha."
