No, they don't. I accept adoption and considering others as siblings for this.
I'm not asking for advice about Yamato, Shijima.
[Why the hell would she ask for advice about it? Ignoring that event-driven disobedience and trying to fight him, Miyako doesn't need any help with her brother.
Anyway, it's not really that complicated. Kaito and I have known each other since we were kids. We hang out together, talk during class, eat lunch, stay over at each other's house. We even yell at other people giving us crap, which I guess is like a sibling thing.
I guess it's kind of just like friends that are even closer. I don't know what I'd do without him.
That's kind of weird, isn't it...? I mean, you could ask around all you want what it's supposed to be like, but it's not really something you can just learn about like science or math. It's an emotional thing! You have to experience it I guess? If you really want to understand it, I mean?
She said she want to hear stories. I assume she want some perspective.
I understand what you mean, Shijima. [Because she wouldn't know what it's like without experiencing it. Well, there's the memory swap thing when she have those temporary feelings of sisterly love. And I understand that there might be distinct differences as well.

He remembers.]
Oh. Why're you asking then?

Caroline requested to hear about siblings.
[So yeah.
Anyway, she looks at his answer. It's nothing new, content-wise, and reasonably match up with most of the other answers she get.]

Ah, sorry, I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or anything... I'm just not very good at putting it into words, I guess.

[...Hey, she pay enough attention.]
text
Mostly because she's not as rude about it as Yamato probably would've been.]Uh... thanks? I think? Though I did kind of say it first...
[he should probably be more concerned about his existence that Miyako has him pegged so well.]
text
And? If you want to be apologetic, be upfront about it.
[So what if he said it first, as long he back up his words.]
text
Hey, I'm nothing if not up front when I'm sorry!

Just as long you don't waste time and learn from it.
text
Yes ma'am.
[He's already learned not to sass a Hotsuin on the network.]

Anything else?
[Context, man.]
