Things seem to be normal at least. That means I can finally ask. I'm low on cash, so it seems that I don't have much of a choice: is anybody hiring? I don't mind learning from scratch, but only qualifications for a job is that it has to not kill me and that it's not perverted. As long as it meets those two, anything's fine. I'd go with somebody-- but the people I know are idiots and are guys and I don't want them bringing up all their perverted, lewd, lecherous comments while I'm trying to get new clothes. I haven't done this in a while..! I've been wearing school uniforms for... [He went to count on his fingers, giving up on that endeavor very quickly. Keeping track of time in the afterlife was a fool's errand.] ...a long time.

[Had he forgotten how to go shopping for clothes? Or had he never actually gone on his own? ~~What a momma's boy.~~ He gave her new outfit a once-over, having never really seen her in anything but a school uniform before now.] ...You look cute. Where'd you get those?

[ ... Obviously. Not even going to say where because she doesn't have to. This wasn't her first time wearing something other than a school uniform, but it's been a while (since around graduation, anyway) since she's worn something that isn't, well, that. ]

[He turns his attention back to the identical shirts, deciding to abandon them both for the time being, instead looking at a form fitting lime green t-shirt. It's kind of bright, but it might not look bad under the teal shirt with quarter-sleeves hanging nearby... He grabs the green shirt, holding it up in front of himself for her to see.] What do you think of this one?

If you don't mind dealing with a bunch of sweaty gamers who don't always pay attention to hygiene, they're still hiring at the arcade I work at. The pay's okay, and the work isn't so bad, either. The manager's also pretty relaxed about things.

[ She'd say something about it, but she knows better than to do that. It'll just make things worse. Besides, it's not as bad as the whole "hey, I'm the father to Yuri's unborn child!" thing that happened last time. ]

Not that long. [ Considering that she... only has one bag. DON'T JUDGE HER... ] ... And don't get that unless you want me to dye your hair the same color.

[ Yuri doesn't take too long to arrive; she's been ready for a while, actually. But when she does, she grins, tossing her hair aside as she speaks in a calm voice. ]

Well, I could sell bracelets since I just learned how to do that recently.

It's not bad, actually. I've never had a girl's day out, so I guess it will be something different.
