I don't know of any places specifically, but it shouldn't be that hard to find something. Just pick a district that seems like fun and go around asking about how they prefer you apply. You're a Visitor, so they'll probably let you work without much of a fuss.

If you don't mind dealing with a bunch of sweaty gamers who don't always pay attention to hygiene, they're still hiring at the arcade I work at. The pay's okay, and the work isn't so bad, either. The manager's also pretty relaxed about things.
