The school year just started, right? Can't believe it's already spring again...

[Well uh, "again" was kind of a relative term since he certainly hadn't been here for a year but still.]

But it's not REALLY mandatory to attend here like it is at home, is it? At least, maybe not for us, they said it wasn't necessary a little... Besides, we've gone this long without it, right? I don't know, with everything that's gone on, I just feel like it's kind of pointless. I'd much rather spend my time helping out around here. Though I guess I haven't done much of that lately...

Maybe we could just skip straight to University? Except I wouldn't know what to study anyway...

I never thought it was that fun-- well, I didn't think it was horrible, but I still wasn't very good at it.
I guess now it just seems kind of pointless after everything that's happened.

All the people you meet there... How isn't it fun? Even if you don't get good grades, you can still hang out with your friends.

Don't get me wrong, I like meeting new people here!
But I've been able to meet a lot of cool people without going to school.
I guess I just don't like the idea of having to sit in class again.

Class can be pretty boring... unless your friends are your classmates! Then it would be fun, right?
I know having Minato-kun, Yukari-chan, Junpei-kun, and Aigis-san in the same class as me made it very enjoyable.

Yeah, that's true. I was almost always in the same class as my friend Kaito back home, which is probably how I managed to actually show up every day!
Everyone here seems a bit nicer than at home, at least. Uh, sometimes.
