My brother Minato is recovering from mono! That means he's still contagious. So if he takes you out somewhere, don't kiss him, even though he's cute. Or share straws or chopsticks. (And it might be good to wash your hands if you touch him but try to do it quietly because he's sensitive.)

But he is getting better and he's been sleeping all month, so if you see him you should say hello and get to know him! He's a really nice guy when he isn't full of germs. ヽ(*≧ω≦)ﾉ He likes music and listening to people talk to him, and he'd really love to make some new friends.

[This post comes with only the best of sisterly intentions. Minato may love to sleep, but she'd seen how grumpy he'd gotten with almost a month of enforced bed rest. It was time for him to get out and meet new people, and what better way than to give him a ~~not-so-~~gentle push?

Whatever her purpose was though, it got a reaction. Minako didn't bother to wait until her brother was asleep again to post, so not too long after her PSA goes up, another message quickly follows from a somewhat embarrassed and rather annoyed Minato.]

Please disregard most of what my sister has posted here! Except the part about mono.

But I'm not sensitive, and I'm not looking for anyone to kiss right now. [He has a kind of sort of girlfriend here, after all.]

Though I guess if anyone knows much about playing the violin or likes running, it would be nice to find someone to run with a few times a week when I'm better.

[It feels kind of weird asking about that, but... without Akihiko, running and keeping in shape is going to get lonely, and he doesn't know if the school has a track team. So, even if he is annoyed with his sister for starting all this, he... is kind of slightly grateful. And he might as well take advantage of it to ask about a running partner, right?

Besides, maybe there's someone else out there who plays the violin or something, too. He missed the concert due to illness, and he regrets the chance not to find some more people who play music.]

[Considering what happened in Animus, Minato and Miki both might be able to indirectly get back at her. Minako has a crappy immune system, and if he's a carrier, he's pretty sure she'll be down for a month and be even ten times more intolerable than her brother about staying in bed. Shinjiro only hopes his immune system is more than enough to make up for it, or else he's going to be down and out and he doesn't want to answer any probing questions.

[If he had been the only one possibly getting sick, it would almost have been a non-issue. He could deal with a sore throat, fever, and fatigue. It was certain other people he was worried about. And not just because the implications could be awkward.]

[It's not like Shinjiro couldn't have been infected with it through other means; you certainly don't have to kiss someone to get it. Besides, it ain't like there's much either of them can do about it now. Even if Shinjiro had known about it before he came home, he's not sure how the hell he could have said no to certain forms of physical contact gracefully. It would have sounded like an excuse and she probably would've called him paranoid unless he had told her straight out what happened. ...Which he really doesn't want to. He could make up something, but he's never liked lying. He'd rather just say nothing at all. And he supposes that tendency makes him not the most accomplished liar. All he can do is make sure she eats healthy so that her immune system has the best chance its got. ]

[ And it's not like Minako might not have picked it up directly from Minato anyway. Prior to his coming down with mono, they'd never been particularly careful when it came to sharing drinks or stealing food from each others' plates from time to time.

He hopes they won't have to lie, either. Minato doesn't have a problem with lying when he needs to, but he doesn't like to lie to people he cares about. ]

No sense in worrying about it.

Yes, I am. I'm crossing my fingers I won't get sick again for at least six months.

It's a bit much.

[Though his idea of acceptable limits on teasing is far lower than the average person. Publicizing it is, however, one of the worst things you could possibly do. Harmless as it is, the entire network didn't need to know her brother's problems. And her going friend fishing. for him. Though how serious she's being about it is debatable. At least Minato had stepped up to deal with things himself.]

My boyfriend Shinjiro is recovering from being antisocial! That means he still likes to lean against walls and glare at people. So if you run into him somewhere, don't kiss him, even though he's cute, because I'll get upset with you. Also if he cooks something for you make sure you eat the whole thing. (And it would be good to compliment him too but do it carefully because he's sensitive.)

[There are so many things wrong with the message she just texted him he's not sure where to begin. He knows she's teasing him, and that she's probably having a great time of it in the bowels of her metaphorical trollish dungeon, but there are still some things he wouldn't put past her, even though he'd like to think she'd know better than to do something like this with him. It's better to assume the worst than assume you get to be the magical exception.]
