"Hello people who got pulled here. I am Rätsel, Rätsel Feinschmecker. Currently it seems that things are quiet here and as such to pass the time I am offering cooking lessons if anyone is interested. That or if you need a chef. It was one of the things I did back home and perhaps a bit of normality will help figure this place out. If anyone is interested please let me know."

If you need any detailed information, I've been trying to compile some on recent events and the local population. If you need somewhere to store Aussenseiter, there's also a battleship here...although, you've probably already taken care of that.

"What is this place? I'm still trying to figure out why we're here."

"I've, er, been working on a report for when I return to the EFA. Are you with me so far?"

"There were a lot of people living on the edge of the city, though. More than I expected."

"There are only two PT-type units here that I know of, and neither has that powerful a reactor. There is a battleship with a hypothetically incredible power output, but it's not designed for use in close urban quarters like this. Or atmospheres."
She thought on that for a moment.
"I bet Major Sanger's unit could cut it, though. He didn't arrive with you, did he?"

He ponders and rubs his chin a bit.
"Is there a need for PT units here or is it relatively peaceful?"

As for her other question, she pulls up some notes to make sure she covers everything. "The 'Thirteenth Hour' that happens here is chaotic due to the presence of aggressive demons, but enemies large enough to be engaged with mobile weapons are rare. Captain Asuno - the other pilot here - and I have been able to deal with the few that crop up, including some that resemble Einst. Likewise, there have been one or two terrorist attacks, but like the 13th Hour demons, they weren't in a position to be engaged with PT units."
"There has been one singular major event with a large monster attacking the city from within, but I didn't manage to sortie Wildraubtier before a team of Persona-users on foot took it down with concentrated attacks," she reported, sending Elzam the little information she'd been able to gather on the Scorpio boss. "In general, 'Personas' seem to be the most effective means of combat here, as they give a great deal of power to people on foot, with little to no needed combat training."

"Based on information from people who knew about Personas before coming here and my own observations, they're more like an inborn talent people have more or less potential for, like psychic powers," she said. "Given what we've seen in our own world, though, it's possible this place is meant to identify and train that talent for some purpose..."

"As long as its not a testing ground for something like artificial psychodriver potential."
Video
She's seen what a proper mad scientific testing ground looks like. This was more like throwing a bunch of people into a scenario and seeing how they reacted.

"If it is some kind of experiment, it's mostly likely on the part of these 'Philemon' and 'Nyarlathotep' entities, ultimately. That seems to be the consensus from the few people who seem to have heard of them before coming here."
