Is there some sort of database containing information about this world? Things people like us have figured out or knew beforehand. I've found scattered bits of information here and there, but something more centralized would help, don't you think?

There's an AI named *Hyun-ae who can answer basic questions about the city. You can access her through the COMP. The library has some information, too, though not as much as you'd expect.

As for things about Philemon and Nyarlathotep... I don't think anyone's thought to make an info post about that so far, but I can try and explain what I know. I've been here since September.

Honestly, it's quite difficult for us to keep up with all of you Visitors. I'm glad we uncovered *Hyun-ae; actually, if you ever do have a question, you can attempt to bring her up. She's an AI system worked in to the COMPs, and can be accessed by pressing the speech-bubble icon.
