The feed snaps on to reveal a little girl with horns and three eyes staring into the camera, her face twisted up into an angry sort of scowl. Without any preamble, she launches into an angry tirade.

"What is the corrupternment here doing?! Desco is getting fed up with how badly the political process is being mangled in this town! It offends her pride as a former senator!"

She crosses her arms over her chest and harrumphs angrily.

"Desco made a standard speech and used all the normal political boilerplate, and the humans she was talking to became a mob! And not even the useful kind - it was a panicked mob! Mr. Green Hair said that it was because Desco scared them!"

She starts gnawing distractedly on the tip one claw, still scowling.

"What is going on that the humans here are afraid of the political process? It's stupid! Next you will be telling Desco that the officials are elected or something, instead of just overthrowing the previous regime!"

Because ideally no one bribes anyone, and makes their own decisions on how to run the country! [ Chie really doesn't have any idea how politics in Japan really work anyway, just what she was taught in school. And now the little senator is pouting and she doesn't know what to do. ]

And now Desco is just appalled.

"Humans make their politicians work for free?!"

No, they get paid from citizens taxes. [ Not that Chie pays taxes or can even vote. ]

Bribes are illegal, if someone get's caught they go to jail!

Desco just throws her claws in the air in exasperation at this.

"How does human society even function? It's like they're doing this on purpose!"

[ Chie's pretty sure she's conversing with an insane child, or atleast some sort of monster the likes of which she's never seen. ]

Well, she does have a third eye in the middle of her forehead, framed by a pair of little red horns...

Speaking of which, a milky white membrane briefly closes over that third eye in what appears to be a blink as Desco digests your statement.

"...Desco guesses that's true, but it still doesn't stop your system from being dumb."

[ Wait, who is she discussing human politics with? The young girl's voice had been all she was really registering until she actually focused and looks at the image in front of her. ]

W-What are you ?!

At this, Desco briefly looks delighted before drawing herself up and assuming her best haughty expression.

"Behold, mortal, for I am Desco! The Legendary Final Boss that will return all-"

And then she starts coughing, because Final Boss Voice makes her throat hurt.

"...that will return all works of man to dust! MWAHAHAHAHA!"

She's...persistent, at least.

"Oh, that's all right. Desco has been imprisoned before! If your jail is more interesting than her old cell, she will be very polite when she leaves!"
