They could all come too. Within the Tau Empire, they would be allowed to worship their corpse-god without repercussions either. Many of our human populated worlds still contain their shrines and statues but are equipped with Tau weaponry and armor.

[Besides, repairing human stuff was apparently rather hard and experts were always needed.]
