[ Late Friday morning, Minato manages to coordinate his sluggish movements enough to start a video feed on his COMP. He'd honestly rather just ask this by text, but he's having difficulty focusing enough to type, and video is easier. He's looking pretty pallid, though his cheeks are flushed with fever and his eyes are a bit glazed, as he sniffs and shivers and blinks blearily at the camera. ]

Anyone know where to go to see a doctor? [ His voice is very froggy, and although he opens his mouth to say something else, he breaks off with a cough, and he turns the COMP away while he recovers, muffling his coughs into the crook of his elbow. ]

Ah... sorry. I also... wanted to know if the doctors here made house calls...

[ It's cold outside, and he has a fever and doesn't relish the thought of stumbling to a clinic on the other side of the city. ]

Whoa, dude, you don't look so hot.

[And to be honest that was an understatement. Yosuke rubs the back of his head a bit, trying to think.]

I've got no idea about the doctors here, but would any Patra or Dia spells help??

[ Minato shakes his head just once. ]

[ there's a pause before he adds: ] maybe if they were Shadow bacteria or something...

[He kind of laughs a little.]

You've tried getting rid of illness using a Persona before? Yeah I guess if the illness isn't really caused by a Shadow then Personas won't work on it---

[Wait back up a second there.]

You know about Shadows? They don't really exist in this world so...

Did one of my friends talk to you about them or something?

[Oops guess who's still in the dark that his group of buds aren't the only Persona users from his world.]

[ Not even Salvation cures Sick status!

Yosuke's surprise catches Minato a little off guard, and he blinks, tilting his head before nodding slowly. ]

There were Shadows back home... during the Dark Hour. Who are your friends?

Err, Yu Narukami, Kanji Tatsumi, Yukiko Amagi... A lot of them are here, we're all from Inaba. Shadows were in the TV World back home, our team stopped them from coming out and killing everyone.

[This is a lot to take in and he feels kind of bad about hounding someone who's sick, but...]

Oh. ... I know Yu-san and I think I met Kanji-san. And Rise-chan. [ Who... Yosuke didn't list, but Minato already knows from Rise that she was part of Yu's group. ~~At least I think he knows this, and I'm too sleepy to go check threads whoops.~~

In any case, he's a little slow to respond as he thinks about things and what he wants to say. ]

It's like the Thirteenth Hour here but with Shadows. People who haven't awoken their potential turn into coffins... it's weird... [ forgive his not completely coherent explanation ] My team ended it in January um... 2010. ... we're from Iwatodai.

Oh, right, Yu's my best friend. I'm friends with Rise-chan too. We're all part of a group of Persona users known as the Investigation Team.

So a few things stand out to him in that explanation, but most importantly-]

I used to live in Iwatodai then! I moved late-2010, actually. There were shadows in Iwatodai too? Did you guys also have Personas? That'd be an insane coincidence. [~~or just similar game design, Yosuke~~

And to think that he thought the residents of Inaba were oblivious to the strange stuff going on in town. He had no idea that there were Shadows in Iwatodai, let alone people who coul've been Persona users!]

But after a moment he seems to realize that was probably not the best question to just ask, but well, with fever having taken away much of his normal filtering process, what can you expect. ]

But ah... yeah, we did.

Er, I was in the public school in town since my family couldn't really afford to send me to the city's private school.

[~~Pretend he says the name of the public high school here, because it isn't actually named oops.~~]

Oh, geeze, I'm kind of lame, sorry. You're sick and I'm just asking you a bunch of stupid questions.

I'm Hanamura Yosuke, by the way.

[ Minato nods, recognizing the name of the public school, at least. But he smiles faintly and shakes his head at Yosuke's backpedaling. ]

It's fine. Helps me stay awake for the moment.

My name's Arisato Minato, and it's nice to meet you, Yosuke-san. Ah, I went to Gekkoukan. [ That latter is added a little sheepishly in light of what Yosuke just said about his family not being able to afford it. ]

[Hey don't sweat it, it's not like Yosuke's grades helped him either. He could've cared less about getting into a fancy private school.]

Huh, that's probably why we never met. I guess you're a couple years older than me... though you don't look it? [He's 18 now, Minato looked the same age as him.] I hope you feel better, by the way. Sorry I can't actually help out much.

I'm seventeen... or ... I was in 2010. So I guess... depends on when you're from? [ He knew Mitsuru and Akihiko were from at least a month later, and Shinjiro was from several months earlier, so it wasn't too much of a stretch to be from even further apart, right? ]</small. And thank you. It's nice to talk, anyway.

It was 2012 when I came here, so that makes sense. The time thing is so weird here, I've got friends still from 2011 and friends a month ahead of me or so.

[It was still cool finding someone from Iwatodai around, his friends weren't the only ones from their world then. That was a kind of weird and even kind of comforting thought.]

You should probably rest your throat though. God knows I hate talking to a lot of people when my throat hurts and I've got a cold. I'll see you around?

[ Minato nods, smiling a little. ]
