Yeah. The 'Can I have a job?' question. So I can say 'Well, I don't know, how qualified are you?' and then they go 'Uh, I had a gig at Burgertime, flipping burgers, which is close to being a soda jerk'. Then I say 'I see, so no soda jerk experience. Do you think you've got what it takes to be a Tapper's man?!' and they get nervous and fidgety, but then find their confidence and go 'yeah I'll be the best soda jerk ever!' and that wears me down a little and I like them for their spirit and hire them for a probationary period...
