[Maya is smiling brightly when the feed opens, looking quite at ease despite all of the recent changes. She offers the network a cheerful wave before proceeding to introduce herself. Everyone else has been, so why not? This network has the potential to be great for meeting people and gathering information.]

Hello! These are pretty useful, aren't they? I could get used to this. So convenient!

Oh, right. Introductions! I'm Maya Amano, hot-blooded journalist! I don't have much use for formalities, though, so just Maya is fine. I've been assigned to Libra 7-08. These apartments are awfully small, but I suppose they'll have to do!

[She'll find a way to make a royal mess of it no matter the size, anyway. Also, apologies in advance to any of her neighbors: she likes her music loud.]

I was thinking of giving myself a tour of the city, particularly the shopping district, if anyone is interested. Also, does anyone happen to know if the paper here is hiring? It's certainly informative, but I'm of the opinion that their articles could use a little pepping-up, and I don't like being idle for too long. If I have to leave my career behind, then I'll just build myself a new one here.

I did, with my guest, and after a certain point in time I left to grab my own potential by the horns, as I had seen guests do. It is the place of an attendant to learn who we are through our guests.

It sounds like your job is very fulfilling!

At times, yes. There is only one guest to ever make me feel fulfilled, however...

Its more I was told I have the wrong view of things, but anyways, its will be nice to actually meet some people face to face in a place that isn't slightly terrifying.

It is an honor to meet you, Lady Amano. I am Oboro. Ah, forgive me if I do not know what you do as a journalist, but to hear that such work brings you happiness, it must be very enjoyable. Just like you, I am also searching for somewhere to work. I hope luck will be with us.

Eh? Ah... [Oboro blinks in surprise at the question. She looks away to think about it for a second, then returns her attention to the screen.]

I feel like it's the first time I have been asked something like this... forgive me if it must sound very strange. [She perks up a little.] I stayed with an old couple who were owners of a teahouse. They were very kind and taught me how to make many of their dishes. If I could find such a place here, I feel like I can remember them. That would set my heart at ease. Do you like tofu, lady Amano?

[She smiles warmly.]

I think that's a lovely idea. I do, sometimes! Is that what they specialized in?

[Oboro nods cheerfully, happy to talk about good memories.]

Yes, they make many different dishes, but the tofu seems very popular among the customers. My own skills are lacking compared to theirs, but one cannot expect to run before one can walk after all. I would still be honored if you would try my cooking, Lady Amano.

I would love to! Eating is something I do very well!

Ah, good morning, Maya-san. It's nice to see you doing well when there aren't zombies and fires to contend with... Good luck with the paper.

[ Well, Minato can't ever hear the name 'Maya' without thinking of a player he knew on an MMO, but of course the name is merely coincidental, and eventually he'll get over the association. But he nods politely in any case. And it is nice to see her again, considering their first meeting was in rather more dire circumstances. ]

Good morning! I agree, this is a much nicer way to get to know people, don't you think? You did well out there, though, I would be glad to fight beside you again when the time comes! Are you settling in okay?

Making myself comfortable and preparing to learn my way around the city! I haven't seen anyone I know here, yet, but that's alright. There's nothing wrong with making new friends!
