I believe I prefer the form it takes in my country. The Gossip Stones are not as... overt as this "Teen Magazine."

Still, that is a good view to take, I suppose. You certainly seem more level-headed about this than some of the others who appear to have been featured.

i just feel that this comparatively harmless. not condoning their actions, but there's definitely more important things going on to fret over.

Definitely. Especially with this "tournament" that is approaching. The more I hear of it, the less I like.

it would appear that seeing people fight for sport is far more constant between worlds than i had hoped. at least this one does not include fighting to the death, however.

That is true, yet I still feel this sense of unease about the situation. I have not been here long enough to completely trust the government's motives, but neither do I know anything at all about this opposition group they are hoping to both draw out and protect against.

fret not, they are quite valid things to worry over, and i would be lying if i were to say i had not had similar thoughts in my time here. i have not seen this group in my time here either, only monsters.

given the state of the city upon arrival and things that have happened, and that they seem to rely upon us 'visitors' when bad things happen? no, i do not. i have relied on myself for safety for a long time now, and i will continue to do so.

I am inclined to agree with you, even if I have not seen the things you have. I suppose that is the best we can do with what we know at the moment: be as self-sufficient as possible and hope our help is not necessary.
