I am intimately familiar with the fickleness of the soul, child. We all have the capacity for both kindness and cruelty, even gods such as those I know.

I know people do. But God is supposed to be perfect and infinite in His kindness.

I know of them. But since then He's seemed to change, to step back and let humanity make the large and sweeping changes. He still has a hand in things from time to time, but I think it's mostly our decisions now. He's there for us when we need it, though, and at the end He'll be there to comfort us.
