[There is a confused snuffle as a chorus of 'hee-ho's start getting louder and louder over the communicator. Ammy, head tilted back, watches as a troop Pyro and Jack Frosts fly over her head, spreading summer and winter weather at the drop of a hat.

After a few minutes, she straightens. There is a particular set of her jaws that make her look like she's sniffing with disdain, but wolves can't do that, right?

She picks up her basket of fruit back into her mouth, but drops it comically to let out a loud yelp of pain. A particularly mischievous Pyro Jack has set her tail on fire...so she'll just be running up and down the streets of Libra until it goes out.]

[ The silent wolf watches the white wolf run with her tail on fire, scowling inside his helm. ]

[After a moment the fire goes out thanks to a sudden gust of wind that picks up out of nowhere. Then she turns and glances at her observer.

Oh, she's seen him before!]

Are you hurt, white wolf? [ He booms, sounding slightly worried. ]

[She walks over, leaving flowers in her wake. She then turns a circle and swishes her tail for him to see. Just a little singed, but nothing to worry about!

Ammy then glances sideways at some of the Jacks floating nearby, though, exuding exasperation. This is the fifth time they've done this over the past hour.]

Mmmmh. Well, be more careful, Amaterasu. [ He looks at the Jacks, considering if they are worth slaying with his bolter. He has such a low tolerance for demons. ]

[Action]

[Considering everything he's seen here, seeing a wolf (dog?) carrying around a basket of food shouldn't be that big of a surprise. But it still is, in a way, and he watches Amaterasu from a distance. His warm amusement is quickly dulled as the Pyro Jack's do their work, scowling and feeling like beating the crap outta the lot of them, because it's not like the dog did a damn thing.

But while she runs off, Shinjiro ends up picking up the basket that's been lost in the meantime, carefully gathering up the fruit (he won't be surprised if some of it's bruised once it's peeled), and sets off after the wolf-dog again.]

[After a few minutes, Ammy comes back around to look for her dropped basket. She had, after all, meant to take it up to the apartment buildings and leave fruit outside all the doors as a holiday gift.

(At least she thinks that's what all the fuss is about.)

When she catches sight of Shinjiro, she tilts her head and approaches curiously. Kind stranger, did you pick up her basket?]

[Action]

[Shinjiro stops in his tracks. letting her approach him rather than the other way around.

After a moment of quiet pause, he kneels down so he's closer to her level and holds out the basket. He still hasn't the foggiest idea what a wolf-dog would want a basket of fruit for, but whatever. Koromaru had been a smart mutt, and had feelings just like anyone else did. Wasn't like animals had suddenly gone stupid.]

...I think you dropped this.

[Now that's a strange sight, though, being the kind of guy he is, he's going to approach her when she's stopped running around like a pained dog.]

Are you alright?
