Okay, I think I've been going about this the wrong way for the last couple of weeks. Or just looking in the wrong stores.
What exactly is a "Phoenix Ranger Featherman R?" And for that matter, what's an action figure?

...as for the figurines themselves, they are pretty hard to come by these days. It was only after a reairing of the original episodes did they start producing another line and even that had a very limited run...
