Hello everyone! \(^∀^) I hope you've all settled in well!
My name's Minako Arisato. I've talked to a few of you already, but for everyone else, it's nice to meet you!
Now that things have calmed down a little I was wondering - how many of us were Persona-users before coming to Hinoto-ri? I think it might be good to meet and compare notes if we haven't yet, see what's the same and what's changed. And maybe we could also make a list of people with experience who can help with answering questions or training, or things like that! Just jumping into using a Persona can be pretty daunting...
For everyone else - what do you usually do for fun? Some of the things I like are music, volleyball, cooking... If we have enough people who like the same things, maybe we could even form a club! I wouldn't mind having someone to play volleyball with again. Or to go out to karaoke! (ノ´▽`)ノ♪
Anyway, that's all for now!

Can I come over later?

It was freaky, let me tell you! :OOO
For fun, though? I sometimes practice sword fighting, since I'm supposed to for school. I'm not great at it but I'm not awful, know what I mean?
[Lies. She is great at it and she does it because she loves it. Life with some self esteem issues is tough.]
Oh and btw I'm a ninja! boo!
[text]
Definitely not a louse. :)
And sword fighting is fun. [ He's okay at it. But he used it to fight shadows, not people... ]
[text]
You practice sword fighting? I wouldn't have guessed that! :O
What's your persona btw? Incubus?
[She's teasing.]
[text]
A little. I used whatever weapon was handy, but I like swords best.
My persona is Messiah.
[text]
And swords are the best weapon! Only ladels come close to being better! >:D
[She used ladels to subdue a mob full of sword bearers once. Gag manga life, man.]
[text]
A ladle sounds fun. I've never used one, though. The strangest thing I have seen someone use was a bus stop sign. <('-')>-[ ]O
[ All the smiley faces going around is making him a little more prone to using them... ]
[text]
Using a ladle to fight is souper. Get it? xD
And what kinda monster would use a bus stop sign?! That's like something from our A rank fighters! Sid's sword was huge and that was only the same weight as a bass guitar!
[text]
I don't think so but I don't know. I think Philemon just... changed things.
He's not a monster. Just strong.
A rank fighters?
[text]
At my school you have to collect enough stars by winning enough fights to go up a rank - and we have to use the basic swords until we get to A rank when we can customize them.
Sid-senpai uses a sword as heavy and big as a guitar, which is probably the best example I can think of.
All the other swords are basically katana styled.
[text]
I see. I think...
What other benefits come with going up ranks?
[ What kind of a school is this? ]
[text]
50 thousand yen for every star you earn, plus it's fun I guess if you like that sort of thing? Stronger opponenets the higher you climb.
People like me shouldn't go that high because of the strong opponents; I'd get smooshed! \( ̄□ ̄;)>
[A damn lie on both ends. She's strong and she enjoys the hell out of it. What are self esteem issues?]
You can also fight the top brass if you make it into the Shiro-Fuku ranks, the student council.
[text]
[ Constant fighting like that sounds to him like it'd really keep you on your toes, after all. Besides, he's optimistic! ]
What does being on the student council entail?
[text]
Does that mean you go to a school for ninjas?
[she guesses sword fighting would be a good ninja skill...]
[text]
And my best friend in the whole world is a modern day princess, I'm only a ninja because I'm supposed to protect her.
It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it! :D
[text]
Did your friend come here, too?
[Since so many of hers have shown up as well...]
[text]
Can't imagine it'd be a great thing to move someone out of their hospital room and everything. If we had to go through that operation again I'd be pretty pissed.
...I'd do it in a heart beat, but I'd still be pissed.
[text]
Although the way she was talking about the 'operation' was pretty strange.]
What kind of operation?
[text]
[text]
Is she going to be all right?
[text]
But just between us? She wouldn't take care of herself if she wasn't made too. At all! She even lied to me about her illness getting better so that I wouldn't bug her about it! That girl...! Grrr! D:<
But whatever, I still love her!
[Talking about yourself to strangers over the internet is fun.]
So tell me more about you playing volleyball; were you good at it?
[text]
....As for volleyball... well, I'd say I wasn't bad at it...
Our team didn't win very often, though.
[not everyone was as into things as Rio...] But we had fun! That's what's really important.
[text]
[Yuho - Jun's sick friend - might disagree with that, though.]
At least you have fun, right? That's an important factor here!!
So is it an all girl team or a mixed team or what??
[text]
It's an all-girls team! My friend Rio-chan is the team captain.
[text]
[What.]
Oh really? I go to an all girls school, do you?
[text]
[uhh... anyway] No, it's a co-ed school. The sports teams are just usually separate.
