So hey there new townies!~

*There's just one large, green eye on the screen, then it moves out to reveal a nose, then a whole face, of one very happy-looking young woman. She lifts a hand and waves brightly*

Nice to meet ya! My name's Selphie, and I'm from...well, a different world, and then another different world, and now I've wound up here. Funny, huh? So an-y-way... I've only been around for a few weeks and basically...

I need a job so I can eat! I'm a solider back home, and I'm an awesome fighter. But uhm, what else... I can play a coupla instruments, and I sing. I know how to look after chocobos... I can fly spaceships and I can do little fix up jobs, kinda like mechanics! 

*Selphie lists each of these career options off on her fingers, and pauses on another*

I'm super hard working and I always try my best at everything I do but... I'm totally clumsy so a waitress probably isn't the best idea...

*For the first time, there's the tiniest shadow of self-doubt on her face, but it disappears almost in the instant that it's there and she grins*

So that's me! Oh, and I'm good at being a friend too so - if anyone wants to hang out, just left me know!

*And she'll finish her video CV with a flash of a wink*

Oh!! You're like me, Selphie-san! I was in another world too. Was yours called The World...? I mean, I know it sounds vague but where I was was literally called that.

Your repertoire sounds amazing, though! Even if I have no idea where to direct you to, I'm sure you'll have no problem getting a job.

Yeah, it kinda was. Everyone keeps asking me what my world was called, but it was just The World. It didn't have a fancy name or anything.

*Selphie smiles brightly, pleased of the compliment*

Oh...! [ So, this proves it. He wasn't the only one. And they could show up at different times like this. He would have to keep his fingers crossed for his friends... ]

Isn't there anything in particular you love a lot to do? That might narrow it down.

Maybe the fighting, with the magic! Or - nah - guitar, and singing! Hmm...but fixing stuff can be fun too..
