[When the video starts, Link's standing outside his building, staring up at the snow. He looks a little worried at it all, and pulls his tunic around himself tighter. He looks over at the COMP, and frowns.]

[His voice is very quiet when he speaks.]

What do you do when you can't sleep? Or when you have nightmares? I'm not sure what to do.

Meditation usually helps me. Or at least relaxes me enough I don't mind missing the sleep later.

Well...the best way I have to describe it is to concentrate on nothing, or concentrate on one thing you know so well that you don't actually have to think about it. You can turn off your conscious thought that way without actually falling asleep, or go right into sleep when your mind is clear of distractions.

Thinking about things and letting them overtake your mind could be what's causing your insomnia and nightmares. Your brain is working so hard it won't 'turn off' to go to sleep.

There's also such a thing as a moving meditation. Some activity you know so well you could do it in your sleep, maybe? Do it over and over again until it clears your mind of distractions.

Well, it's the motions and familiarity that are important...actually, some quiet, calm hobby before bed would work too. Maybe you could get a couple potted plants to take care of here?

There are plants that can grow easily enough in a place like this, although you might have to wait until spring. There's also plants you can keep indoors that will get plenty of light through the window.

It's the nature of most cities. It takes a lot of pre-planning to get this many people in one place and still have room for greenery, and a lot of cities just kind of happen.

It doesn't suit everyone. I'm guessing you grew up on a farm or something?

I see. That's one kind of place I've actually never lived. What was it like, if you don't mind me asking?

You'd never seen that many people before?

They sure don't sound very social, just from the name...

I see.

I grew up in a kind of temple. There weren't a whole lot of people around besides the students and teachers there, either. Some farmers and a lot of Kath Hounds, mostly.

That would be when people aren't using them anymore. And Kath Hounds are basically big dogs that live in the plains or caves. Some of them have horns.
