Excuse me! This is important, so please listen to what I have to say.

Something of mine has gone missing. It's like...I guess you could call it a robotic pet? But it also does important stuff for what I do. It's round, green, and has a pair of flaps that it likes to flutter, and it moves around by either rolling or bouncing.

Here you go. Be careful with it.

"Understood. Omoikane, begin scanning."

She sets it down and has her computer start scanning it to see means of broadcast and frequency.

[It won't take long to find, but what is notable is the sheer amount of memory found within the AGE Device. It contains enough memory to hold combat records for two completely different military campaigns, with room to spare.]

"So this is a military data collector?"

[second_destiny]

Yeah, but it's specialized for a single mobile suit. It takes the data and creates new parts and weapons to fit the kind of combat situations it gets caught up in.

"And how does this relate to your missing friend?"

[second_destiny]

Haro can store data, too. It's got a computer built in.

[electricyousei]

"Can the two contact each other, or do they use similar energy types?"

[second_destiny]

They contact each other. People can even use the two to communicate with each other, like a phone.

"Can we dial your friend from here then?"

[second_destiny]

No. Someone has to be there to answer.

[electricyousei]

"Can you send a carrier wave and see if it least sends a reply then calculate its location based off of that?"

[second_destiny]

You mean like radar? I think I'd have to hook up the AGE Device to the Gundam to do that.

[electricyousei]

"Then that sounds like a good next step."

[second_destiny]

[But then, something occurred to him.]

Wait a minute. We're in a city. The radar's going to be too cluttered to read.

[electricyousei]

"Normal radar yes, but specific signal bouncing shouldn't be."

[second_destiny]

Oh. Right. Okay, hand me the AGE Device and I'll start up the Gundam.

Ruri nods and hands over the device quietly.

[second_destiny]

[Asem takes it and quickly boards the AGE-2. In a moment, its eyes flash on and systems are online.]

Ruri nods a bit and starts the ships scanners.

"I'm ready."

No worries!

Okay, let's do this!

[Signal is a go!]

Ruri closes her eyes and gravity seems to vanish around her as her hair starts to float around her. Her screen links to the Nadesico's tracking unit which is searching for the signal and counter signal.

[second_destiny]

[Asem keeps the signal going, watching his own screen. He gradually increases its range.]

[electricyousei]

Ruri lets out a breath and keeps scanning for the counter signal, eliminating various pings that don't use the same bandwidth.
