I can think of a few ways.

I suggest screaming, "PITOOEY I CHOOSE YOU" into your little communicator thing. He'll show up within 5 seconds screaming about how that isn't his name.

It's the best way I can think of to summon him. He'll ignore you if you ask politely. It's like owning a cat.

Then, if you cannot use your wings to fly, perhaps you should try other means. There are people from many worlds here. Maybe one of them could have a method as to how to help you to properly use your wings.

Viridi can do it, but only for five minutes. If I use that power longer than five minutes, my wings burn up. And that's...the only way to really kill an angel in my world.

Plus, I...I've gone over the limit before.

Someone has, I'm sure. I didn't meet him until 2/3rds of the way through our g -- adventure, so I just went with the flow.
