Hinoto-Ri seems like a...chaotic place. It sort of reminds me of home. { She smiles a mite awkwardly. } But I don't feel like I'm doing enough...for the people.

Is there some cause that grabs your attention? Are you worried about something?

Maybe there's something we can do about it. Together. I...have some experience... { Okay a lot of experience. } in diplomacy. I'd really like to put it to use to make Hinoto-Ri a safer and happier place.

Chaotic is right. If diplomacy is your strength, you should definitely play to it! I'm not exactly sure how, though.
