No, then we'd be orks. And I'd have to disagree, at a certain point objects become too complex for anything other than a specialist to utilize them. Thus: The martian priesthood. I wear a fusion-bottle backpack, but I cannot build or design one myself, and can only monitor the functionality. This is not a failure of logic inasmuch as it is a specialization of training. A techpriest doesn't have my tactical abilities.
