If you mean stuff like Mayas, then no. If you mean things like from your universe, also no.

We have no record of anything affecting people by sign- and even if it were a shadow, it would not cause the scorpion infestation

For now, just subdue or restrain anyone with these characteristics so they do not harm others, their strength is much greater than it normally would be

Twice that of the inexperienced ones- so generally on par with those of you with prior experience

they don't seem to be able to yet- we built them to resist demons, but Im not sure what the scorpions are capable of yet

Currently I'm somewhat safe in the Nadesico, but I'm a bit afraid to lower the distortion fields. There are several of those scorpion things outside and they've been milling about at the edge of the barrier.
