Hello everyone... my name is Mega Man X. I don't expect this to mean much to the majority of you, but I'm what's called a Maverick Hunter. We deal with reploids... err, basically sentient robots that have decided to rebel and threaten the rest of society...

... There's a bit more to it than that, of course, so I'll just cut to the chase. I'm a peacekeeper, so I'll do everything in my power to ensure the safety of everyone living here.

[X smiles again, only this time it's a bit more obviously nervous looking]

It seems I arrived after a bit of excitement went down... I wish I could have been there to help everyone. Rest assured, if anything like that ever happens again, I'll do my best to help put an end to it.

Ah, also... I'm staying at Libra 8-02, and if any of you live near there, I wouldn't mind meeting my neighbors. [soft chuckle] Additionally... would there be anyone out there whose familiar with doing maintenance for high-tech machinery and equipment? I can get by on my own for a while, but I'm no lab tech...
