Well it's just water. If the spell's weak and you're standing back from it, it shouldn't damage it more than a hose would.

Most attacks have three or four levels, and Personas all have their different strengths and weaknesses, too. [it's okay philemon is all blah blah philosophical statements anyway.]

Once you summon your Persona, you should understand what it's capable of... But actually being good at using it needs practice.
