[This is a particularly no nonsense post as to leave no personality behind in the message.

Not that Santa has trouble hiding his personality, but one can never be too careful with a question like this.

Where do I sign up to join the Anoli?

Or if no one knows;

Where do I find someone who can help me join the Anoli?

Were you around for what happened that first day? Those guys didn't care what was in the way; they just blew it up! If there's ever been an unambiguous antagonist with a capital A, it's the Anoli.

No one's gonna help you unless you find one of them yourself.

Just go home.

All it tells me is that the person I'm talking to has a really warped idea of what trust is. The 'defenders' of this city are practically see-through compared to what I've been dealing with.

Good luck 'trusting' the terrorists. Let me know how that goes for you.

How the hell can they be more blatant about their secrets when you haven't even met any of them yet? Don't talk around it. You're just the kind of person who gets a kick out of taking advantage of a crappy situation.

[Atsuro is restraining himself from writing harsher words. Though his sense of judgment is far less severe than Keisuke's, he couldn't abide this, nonetheless - siding with the Anoli or taking advantage of a demon invasion to extort and harm others. It was all the same. The same kind of person, the same thinly veiled excuses.]

Sure, I'm curious. I'm planning to sit down and have a nice chat the next time one of them tries to stab me in the face.

Oh, geez, what was I thinking? Of course that makes them better by default. Open homicide instead of covert manipulation is definitely the way to go.

And I know you're just trying to be clever, but they stabbed wherever they could reach.

Some people don't deserve to be heard out. Like terrorists and murderers. If they had an agenda that didn't involve being assholes, they would have told us already to try and sway us to their side.

Freedom of blowing stuff up isn't a right in any country, sorry.

If I was given a choice between those two people, like hell I'd be sticking with the guy who wants to kill me! Who cares what kind of weapon he has?! He wants to kill you! You're not even trying to make sense anymore!

Your analogy stinks, anyway. It's not like our Persona aren't 'powerful weapons'. And I've got a lot more than that backing me up - And that's just me. If this town tries to screw us over, they'll be facing a hundred angry superpowered people from a hundred different universes. There's no way they'd be dumb enough to try something like that.

See 'a lot more than that backing me up'. The syntax of whatever you just said makes no sense but I get the general idea. Luckily, this country has developed an EMP bomb.

And if you nitpick the relative strengths and weaknesses of bomb-types, I'm sending your COMP a virus that makes it sing The Song That Never Ends on repeat forever.

You're not very clever, huh? Maybe 1% of the population is deaf, and it's not a condition you can hide, either. You'd out yourself in a heartbeat if you admitted to it.

Not that knowing you're not deaf is much of a clue.

And you don't need to wonder because someone already did. Deafness of the memory, huh?

Good. Now go stand in the corner and think about how sorry you are.

Just like I should've ignored you the minute you talked about how awesome and transparent the Anoli were. Weird how that works.

While I do not want to give away too much about myself, I'm actually a genderless angel? There are a lot of us around, so I'm totally not identifiable, sorry.

Thank whatever I still have faith in that there's more of us than there are of you.

[Yehowah would have passed judgment on humanity in a heartbeat. Atsuro shuts off communications on his end and briefly wonders if it was even worth trying to track this person down. No network ever provided true anonymity, and he'd learned from the best hacker who'd ever set foot on the earth. It helped that the guy had been around since there was even an earth to set foot on.

After a few moments, he settles on logging some basic information into his computer and leaving it be.

Even the path of the demons had been a means towards the overall goal: the protection of humanity. He'd thought they'd been offered complete freedom of choice, but in hindsight, there was an option missing. An option that none of them had even considered, that no one would ever consider in their right mind. Leaving the world - and humanity - to its destruction...

How anyone could possibly desire that was beyond him.]
