[You all missed Isabelle's smiling face, didn't you? Of course you did. Which is good, because tonight she's on everyone's COMPs to make a special announcement!]

Good evening, everyone! I hope you're all enjoying the warmer weather and looking forward to spring as much as I am! The birds are chirping, the flowers are blooming... and just like the flowers, our city is slowly coming back, too! Thanks to the Visitors' help, electricity has been restored to the entire city, and the subway system is almost fully operational again. There are still some buildings that are damaged, but with everyone pitching in, I'm sure we'll be able to get everything fixed up soon. So let's all roll up our sleeves and do our best!

[Oh lord, the puppy. Shelly spoke to the puppy shortly after he first arrived in the city, in order to make sure his actual name wasn't publicly known, or worse, associated with his face. It all worked out in his favour in the end, but it sure didn't go the way he expected it to.
